I had 3 rings and a dog tag engraved today by Levi. I was hesitant in using mister minit’s services given their reviews, and also a previous experience I’ve had there. I can’t commend Levi’s work enough, the writing is perfect on each piece. And on top of the great work, his attitude and professionalism is second to none.will definitely be using again and I can’t thank Levi enough!

A guy did an engraving on a hunting knife today he did he most amazing cursive engraving and he was so proud of his work you can tell this guy really loves his job and puts so much effort into it.highly recommend this place for engravings.

Brought in shoes for repair, yesterday waiting almost an hour and a half for the man to say yes he can fix it, put in the order and went to pick up Saturday morning for them to tell me they cant do it and havent been fixed, waste of time and communication

They recently had changed management and Darren was amazing. Respectful, kind and understanding.

I had one of the people make a mistake with prior management with my shoes, which ruined it!

However Darren put in $100 of work and charged me nothing. My shoes are as good as new! 5 stars. Highly recommended. Don’t hesitate.

The team at the Bayside store were awesome! I went to get a watering can engraved which I knew might be tricky, but the team did it quickly and beautifully! Super friendly team, will be going back to them for everything else.

Bought in some cufflinks for engraving when I went to pick them up I was told they had mucked them up while engraving, no courtesy call in advance, then waited 30 minutes for the manager who returned with little apology and DONUT KING in hand! My cufflinks were not returned to me, they tried a quick fix by wanting to get replacement ones locally which wouldn’t be the same. I insisted I get a refund and re-purchase them myself so they’re exactly the same.
Manager had 0% empathy for the inconveniences they had given me what so ever. Extreemly disappointed. To top it off had to pay postage fees to get new ones.

Appalling workmanship! Do not take shoes here to be repaired!
I took in a pair of shoes to be resoled and they left a burn mark on the side of one shoe and ripped the material all the way around the base of both shoes. They are completely ruined!

Wanted a battery changed on my car key. Three seconds work, a $10 battery, and was charged $25.32.

Needed something for work. They stopped what they were doing and helped out straight away without hesitation. He was pleasant, I was very thankful for someone to actually help me out. Top service. Thanks.

Fast and friendly service for new watch batteries and repairs. One watch couldn`t be fixed and I wasn`t charged for them to look at the watch. They even suggested local stores I could take the watch to see if it could be repaired elsewhere. Very happy customer!

Took a watch in for a battery replacement. Told the battery was quite expensive and hard to get. Paid $29 for it regardless, they swapped it out in under a minute. Got home, checked the price online, $2.90 easy to get. So went back next day, asked how much for same battery, $12. Hmm, asked why yesterday the same thing was $29? Reply that was the cost of fitting. Yeah sure. $17 for about 30 seconds work.

The guys here really helped me out when no- one else would they were amazing - I really needed a new car key, they not only fixed my existing key but they also cut me a new one and then programmed them all to my car - I feel so grateful - Thanks guys

If I could give it zero stars I would. Paid twenty dollars for shoe repair. Repair broke immediately.
