Showed up at 4 and they were closed, what’s the point of a closing time if u don’t stick to it. Most definitely will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Darren was fantastic. Went out of his way on multiple occasions to help with my gate remote which he didn’t have to do.

I arrived on Sunday at 4: 15pm and online the store states that it closes at 5: 00pm, the drive to get there from where I live is 40 minutes.
When I got there the cash register was open (no money) and looked as though it was closed, no sign stating that, just gone.
If you show online that your hours are until 5pm then you stay there until 5pm (unless an emergency or something serious and then at least put up a sign)
There are many places around this area that do the same work as this business and from now on I will take it there

Took my watch in for a battery replacememt. Was told it could be done on the spot with a 2 year warranty. After the battery was replaced the watch was no longer water resistant as the seal was broken. Battery stopped working again and water entered. When I took the watch back I was blamed for not knowing that the watch 'isn't water resistant. ' The watch has been water resistant for 3 years until I took it here to be replaced. When I tried to have the problem rectified, 3 different members of staff were unsympathetic and avoided responsibilty, trying to put the onus on myself and stating that 'they don't read minds' when I asked why they didn't give me all the imformation about the seal breaking once the replaced the battery.
Now they say that the battery is fixed but the watch can't be water resistant anymore.
To say I'm disappointed would be an understatemwnt, go to a jewler don't waste your money here.

And before you reply saying to call you to 'sort the problem out' I called 3 times and was met with no empathy and no solutions.

I attended the Mister Minit store, in the Bayside shopping centre, to get a key cut, for my Commodore. As my car is a collector’s vehicle, I wanted a duplicate key, to keep the original key in new condition. I was served by an older ‘Gentleman’, paid cash for the job, when it was completed, and was then told that receipts weren’t being issued, due to Covid. Upon returning home, I went to check that the key worked, which, it didn’t. Even more distressing, was that the original key, now didn’t work either! Thinking that there may have been a problem, with the car, I went and got the factory spare key (Which had never been used, until then), and it functioned perfectly. I returned to the Mister Minit store, and spoke to the same person. I was not aggressive, or confrontational in any way, but, after the person recognising me, and discussing the issues, he asked me for a receipt! I explained that I wasn’t given a receipt, as per company their Covid policy. He then rejected anything I had to say, telling me that he will call security, and have me thrown out, of the centre! The upshot is, I had to take my car to Holden (Every kilometre matters, as collectors want as few kilometres as possible!), and pay for Holden to sort the problem out! If you are in the same boat, just go to Bay City Holden, and ask for Andrew, he sorted everything for me. I would certainly NOT recommend going to Bayside Mister Minit!

Absolutely disgusting Staff, I went into there to have a car key fixed yet was approached by a obnoxious man & woman. The Owner will destroy your things and never replace it. DO NOT take anything valuable here, TRUST ME!

I had 2 crystal glasses engraved and the writing was lovely and very clear and well spaced. They looked beautiful. Very happy.

Ever time I need a key, remote or even a repair with what they deal with I go there. Every time they do a perfect job. I’ve never had any issue with my purchases or service. I highly recommend coming here.

I could not recommend Darren and his team highly enough. Darren took the time to come to my home, and reprogram my Garage Door remote, that I had purchased from him, this level of service, is rare these days.

Used to be my go to place to get my keys cut and dog/cat tags ingraved here however went in today and was confronted with a rude, obnoxious and unproffesional lady. Perhaps a new staff member? As normally the men that serve me are lovely and offer great service! Will not be returning if thats the way costumers get treated.
