BUYER BEWARE! Dont get anything engraved here. Worst iv ever seen, i personally could have done a better job myself. They need to do a preview of what you want on paper 1st so you can get an idea of size and style instead of just engraving item.

I have come to a conclusion that It would of great remiss if I don't write a review about the pathetic and unprofessional service I have received today the 28 July 2017 from Mister Minit Westfield plenty valley.

I approached them with the intention to resole my three year old top quality Merchant Shoes. The cobbler agreed to do the job and charged me for $25.00 on Saturday the 22 July 2017 at 15: 02 hrs with a 6 months warranty for his work as long as I present the receipt. I was in a hurry and left for home. Upon arrival I inspected the shoe closely and noticed a dramatic change in the colour of the mid sole and heal of the shoe due to poor quality of work. I believe in order to align the rubber sole to mid sole he might have trimmed both together which has resulted in loss of original paint of mid sole.

I didn't wear the shoes and had a busy week and couldn't get back to him for 5 days until today the 28 July 2017. It was the same cobbler from last week, I calmly informed him about the poor quality of work and how he damaged my shoes. Even though I was about to present the receipt he got the shoes from me as if he know I was going to come back (micro behaviour analysis) and tried to argue with me in front of other customers that my shoes where a mess last week and he fixed it while all he had done is to glue the rubber sole to mid sole and damaged my shoes by trimming it inappropriately causing the above mentioned texture and colour changes to the sole.

I was disappointed when he has already done the damage and arguing with me that I was happy with his repair last Saturday and didn't like me taking it back to him pointing out the damage that has been done.

He put some paint on the sole and heal to cover up the colour variation and and gave it back but I pointed out that there is excessive paint at different parts of sole he touched it and it was on his fingers. Then he applied the paint again and nicely dried it using a machine. Now the sole and heal looks ok compared to how it was before but no where near to the original condition.

I asked him why he is so frustrated, his reply was that he is busy and I give him an attitude. I can't believe that when there where only two other customers and I talked to him in a very soft voice.

We all do mistakes but people show their true colours when they are caught red handed and the only thing that can be done is victim blaming. I feel really sorry for the cobbler when he could have apologised and fixed the damage straight away rather than taking too much, it's really stupid of him. My fault was that I should have never trusted any one and have had inspected it then and there. Hope that Mister Minit cobbler will realise his mistakes and learn to behave appropriately to valued customers.

Pathetic service.i didnt realise the old watch i had needed two batteries so i asked for the battery to be replaced.at the same time i asked for a new band to be put on my other watch, he didnt have any but said they would be there the afternoon.i told him i will come back the next day.so, guess what he did.replaced only one battery and as i asked why the digital part wasnt working he stated it needed one too and he will replace it when i come in for the band.in other words he is going to charge me to install the battery again.he should have put the battery in when he did the first.what a cheap arsed way to do business

Usually helpful. Careful who you get to do engraving. Some staff do nicer work than others. Repairs usually completed in an hour of less
