Repaired new shoes, found male staff arrogant and damaged my shoes. Did not admit his faults and found him very rude. Customer service will definitely a complete zero. My advice is to find another place to have your job done. As the only person he would listen to Is himself! Lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE, he may need retraining to lower down his pride. It is ok to admit your faults! My two sons was very surprised an adult can behave such manner!
I was happy to pay but he turned his back to me and ignored any explanation and blamed it to the customer: ME. ‘Maybe I took my shoe’s damage’ ; that’s what he states! If you do need repair advice to take photos of your goods prior upon his return. So you won’t get the blame!

Just incredible. Was quoted $30 for a shoe repair and Rob had a look at it, saw that it was an easy fix and did the job for free in about 10 seconds. Incredible. Thank you so much. Will be back for everything in future.

I brought in a pair of shoes that have only been worn twice for a sole repair and what an absolute disappointment it was! A 5 yr old prep would do a better job shaping and sticking the rubbers on the soles of my shoes. The materials match but not the shape and the glue is smeared everywhere, plys gaps here and there where you van see the inner part of the shoe that should be covered by the sole. They ruin the over-all appearance of what is supposed to be a lovely pair of shoes. Pathetic job! NEVER AGAIN! Will never go back and would never recommend this franchise in Plenty Valley.

DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, an even worse job done, I brought in some runners with a slight tear at the front and paid for them to be repaired, when I came back at the day they said they’d be ready, they were not done at all and they asked me to come back in 15 mins, in this time they shockingly glued a flimsy piece of fabric to the bottom of my shoe and within a week this came off.

I went back to ask if a proper job could be done, no worker there could provide a solution or refund other than the boss (Robert) who wasn’t in on two other occasions I went past to have this rectified. The phone line there doesn’t work and a worker suggested I call up after he told me the phone doesn’t work.

Then I finally went past and Robert was there. I asked if my shoes could be properly fixed or at least stitched and he was the epitome of rude and dismissive and not capable of this simple job. He shoved a $20 note in my face as a refund to get rid of me and would not let me get another word in edgewise. Disgraceful customer service to say the least and I fear he treats others like this.

I always come here for engraving purposes, and I recently had my shoe fixed incorrectly at another store. When I came to this store to have it fixed again the man was extremely friendly and helpful, and did it free of charge. Highly recommend. Quick and efficient service every time!

If I could give a minus star I would. I needed 3 watch batteries changed last week. The gentleman that served me was great. But couldn't fix one. Asked me to come back next week as he only works once a week. I came back a week later and was served by the most arrogant, uninterested person I've come across. Couldn't be bothered checking if my watch was there. Told me to come back in a weeks time. I had another 3 watches that needed new batteries. Wanted to charge me more that the previous 3 watches. I left feeling very disappointed. If this is the service mister minit prides itself on. They have got alot to learn. Anyway I get a message today to say my was is ready for collection. I make the trip again. I ask the same unhelpful man whether my watch was here yesterday. Just nodded his head to say yes. Told him his treatment of customers needs improvement. I have another 30 watches that need new batteries. I won't be going back.

Charged $40 for five keys to be cut. Such a rip off but as I was busy and needed them done I got them cut and two don’t even work.

I needed to have holes put in my belt and the nice man did it straight away and did not even charge me. I was happy to pay but he didn't even mention it.
I thought that this was a lovely gesture.

Been leaving voicemail messages for a call back.never happened. It has taken me 3 weeks to speak with someone.
Went to get a new battery, they suggested we get a new car fob so we did that. No new battery, key fell out of the fob.

Hi, I recently got a dog collar in the shape of a love heart engraved which just looked stunning! They didn't have a silver love heart but arranged to create one from the key rings available and further engraved it in a calligraphy font, free hand, on the spot within a few minutes. Thank you, it looked just beautiful!

Always find this particular store to have friendly staff that are willing to take the time and attention to detail with whatever I've needed. Be it incredible handwriting on dog tags or super speedy remote battery replacements. Reliable, trustworthy and affordable.

Had my ripcurl watch repaired over the Xmas, New Year period. When I got the watch back, I was very happy with the turn around time and also the quality of repairs. Watch has not missed a beat. Great service, reasonable price. Would recommend.

Robert the owner of this store is the most unprofessional, rude and incapable franchisee I’ve ever come across. After butchering a simple modification to a leather garment and politely asking him if he was happy with his work, he proceeded to yell obscenities at me and told me to contact the ACCC. Trying to reason in a mature, adult way doesn’t work with Robert. He’s a compete flog who doesn’t deserve to be in business. Thankfully, Mister Minit head office were able to organise a refund of the damaged garment for me and were great to deal with. Customers beware! If you do get work done here, it comes with workmanship guarantee, which the store won’t tell you about. There’s a far better kiosk located towards the opposite end of the centre which provides friendly, quality service.

Sham! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Charged me $30 and claimed he repaired my heel. When I questioned him he said changing the bottom part of the heel would resolved the problem and charged me an additional $20. No fix made at all and would not provide refund. Planning to report him to the ACCC!

I have been using Mister Minute for approximately the last ten years. I find that Robert is very freindly and helpful love love his egraving. I also worked at Zamels and would refer customers to Robert if any one needed engraving. I highly recommend using Mister Minute Planty Valeey. I am a very very happy customer Dee

Staff member needs a lesson in customer service. Arrogant and disinterested. Quoted one price then saw my watch and changed it. Experience should tell you to look first. Had a watch battery replaced today on an expensive watch. Upon pickup was too busy chatting to a centre staff member and made me wait. There was an error in the analogue hand that was fine on drop off. Displayed no interest, stood with his arms crossed not facing me and fobbed me off. Admitted he knows nothing about G-shock watches. If you don't know, don't work on them. Don't trust this place with anything expensive. **this is the only negative review I've ever written**
