We had a great night at mister Minh.the food is on point, the staff looked after us well, the saturday night vibe was light and fun and the prices are reasonable.

Great place for a casual Asian diner. Food was delicious, good variety served promptly and just in the right quantities.

I have had my fair share of Banh MI’s in my time and I could confidently say that I am an expert. I have just had a Banh Mi from Mister Minh and needed to post a review because it was simply, the best I’ve ever had in Melbourne. Great crunchy baguette and just an exquisite example of a Banh Mi! I might walk back now and get a second. Five stars

Had the Laksa and spring rolls. The latter were a cut above - very tasty. No complaints on the Laksa

Ordered caramelised pork belly and a cookies and cream magnum.
I received a container with 4 little pieces of meat that didn’t taste or look anything like pork belly. And the magnum was the complete wrong one that I ordered.

Pathetic restaurant and will not be ordering here again.

Really good mongolian beef and rice vermicelli salad with grilled chicken. Their Banh Mi is good too

Good to be back when the place was lively, lots of good food - especially like the beef in betel leaves and rare beef salad, and used to love the cha dum

Ordered twice on Uber eats and BOTH times they forgot to add the soup base to the order, just dry plain noodles, attempted to call multiple times for them to not pick up to respond to messages.

Been a customer for many years, but now I won't be going back. Came the other day to get a pick up order (one dish, a soup). The system said 15 minute wait time. I asked the older man at the front (possibly the owner, I'm not sure) repeatedly if he could check if my order was coming as I thought there must be a problem (they kept bringing uber eats bags out for drivers who kept coming and going).

He said to me "Kitchen very busy" and just walked off, didn't even bother to go check on my order. After an HOUR of waiting at the front of the shop, I went and checked one of the uber eats bags that was waiting at the front for pick up and that order has been processed 40 minutes after mine and was already ready. I spoke to a different man this time and told him there must be something wrong. I was sent to the back of the restaurant to speak to a lady there. She was very kind and apologetic as they'd obviously had a mix up and my order was never coming. So they made it for me then. Just a sorry, no offer of a remedy or anything.

I understand that restaurants get busy and mistakes happen, but when a customer asks repeatedly if you can check if your order is coming, the least you can do is actually go check the ticket. The food was good but the service was just shocking. The man at the front certainly shouldn't be working in hospitality or should undertake some customer service training.

I won't be returning or reordering again. Happy for management to reach out to me to discuss further.

Horrific. These dishes are completely inedible, the “beef” in the pho soup was white/pink, stringy, entirely chunks of fat and looks like intestines. Absolutely disgusting and nauseous to eat, everyone who has eaten the food has thrown up. It was horrific and it should be shut down.

I ordered today from Uber eats. But there was no cutlery at all. I am at job site. I have to eat bread still. Despite the mount of noodle I was getting. Worse or worst.

Food is good, shame about the staff they all look like they hate their jobs and eachother. Anyway, here's to hoping they cheer up a bit so it doesn't make the restaurant feel like a funeral home. I recommend getting take away.

Divine Bahn Mi through served through a little take away window on Bridge. I used to live only a street away from all of the food action on Bridge Rd and I tell you what I would love to have a place back there just for meals out these days. This was an impromptu stop and the crispy pork with extra bbq sauce, chilli and coriander was the bomb! Seriously stop worthy.

I went to this restaurant last weekend and they did not ask to see the customers vaccination certificate or ask us to check in using the QR code. I would rather not put myself at risk and dine out if restaurants like this aren’t being vigilant. Service and food was very average.

Don't know what's happening to this place
Used to absolutely love the food and service here. Order takeaway food today to a dry banh mi and a chicken curry that they forgot the rice, it's watery and bland and is hardly even 2 mouthfuls of food for 16 dollars. Beyond disappointed.

June 2021: First visit to this restaurant on Bridge Road, Richmond and was totally charmed by the atmosphere, food, decor and friendly service. A complete restaurant and bar. Highly recommended.

Incidentally, the copper plumbing in the men's room is just brilliant.

Great atmosphere, food is always good! Just wished whoever was controlling the music didn't skip through songs halfway through the current song. Really annoying!
