Miss Moose Tuck Shop reviews
43Very friendly and professional staff even when busy. Amazing GF choc raspberry brownie! Large, fudgey delicious slice for $5 and the chai and coffees are always great as well. Always accommodating for pickup orders too.
Great fresh sandwiches made to order and I loved how they have different slices than at other cafes, like Mars bar slice or honey joy slice. I'll be back to try more of these!
Food was delicious but it was also the service that was just awesome! Really warm, friendly staff.
Such a great place! Amazing food, amazing friendly staff, all dietary requirements covered and incredible coffee!
Friendly staff nice atmosphere. Long wait for a burnt milk coffee. Only healthy criticism i would give is better organisational skills behind the counter, maybe a better auto pos system so they aren't writing orders and walking them over.
Somewhere different to eat, or catch up for a coffee, in Somerville.
Great range of smoothies, good coffee, dine in or takeaway.
Tasty Menu suitable for vegos and vegans.
Very friendly staff, good service.
Park out front, or in front of the old music store just down the road.
Can be a bit hot inside on a hot day, but outside dining is an option.
Just stopped for a coffee and had giddy experience. Staff very caring. Went out of their way to ensure all ok. Delightful outdoor dining under shady trees. Very well patronised. Full points to the Miss Moose team. Reason for only 4 stars is that I didn't actually dine there but the meals being served looked healthy and appetising.
Customer service was good at start. During a rush Regular locals seem to get priority and they fail to apologies when they completely forget your food and drink order 30 mins later.
As a B2B client of Miss Moose It is indeed refreshing to deal with a business that values its’ staff so highly. Lisa goes above and beyond the call of duty in providing a Fair and Safe working environment for her employees. Miss Moose is an employer of choice in their chosen field and a pleasure to do business with.
Gorgeous café and brunch place with friendly and helpful people and delicious food! My favourite place for coffee and cake in Somerville)
Coffee was beautiful, staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and great with kids. Lots of delicious vegan options on the menu which don't feel like an afterthought like a lot of places.
Absolute favourite cafe! Food & Coffee never disappoint. Staff are so welcoming & the owners are delightful. An all round YES from me!
Fantastic find for lunch. Huge range of vego and vegan options and the quality of the dishes is excellent. Better than anything in Mornington. Came over to try and not disappointed. Homemade rostis, salmon patties, pies AND VEGAN CAKES. Service is excellent and friendly. In the industrial part but clever industrial conversion and artwork.an old factory.
This is the third time coming to visit miss moose. No matter what the request is, the staff are always so happy to help. The food is amazing, they have so many options to include dietary needs if required including gluten free and vegan. The coffee is fantastic too. Loved our time here, its now our local place to come for relaxed Saturday brunches.
So inviting!
My family and I just Love it at Miss Moose. My soy iced coffee is always amazing along with all their other drinks. The food is delicious with a variety of choices and changes. Thankyou to all the staff for your beautiful service, even my dog gets spoilt when she comes down! This is my local go to.
We used to come to Miss Moose regularly last year, but lately have been disappointed, particularly with the service.
Requested a table for a group of 6. Was seated, when our 6th party member let us know they weren't able to make it. We let the staff know when ordering to only be told quite harshly that that table needed to be kept clear for a group of six, and were moved to a small table for 4 with a 5th seat added to the end, only to then watch them seat a single guy at one end and another on the other side of that table?
In a half empty cafe, what was the point of upsetting our catch up for that and moving 5 of us?
Unfortunately for them, it frustrated us enough that we paid for our coffees and went to the pub for lunch, leaving miss moose missing out on our business.
A shame really, it used to be great.
Always excellent here, we visit regularly on a Saturday morning for breakfast.
The food, coffee and service is always 5 stars.
Add to that a guinenly warm, happy and child friendly atmosphere you can't go wrong for a breakfast or lunch stop off at the Miss Moose tuck shop.
Highly recommend
Was surprised to see what a popular cafe this is. Now I think I know.
They care about what they do; great food and coffee, welcoming staff - and a spotless kitchen. Well done. Lisa and team!
There was a bit of a delay in getting served but well worth the wait. Best breakfast I have had in a while.
What welcoming staff. The second you walk in there is a smile and enthusiasm.
Customers looked relaxed and happy. Food looked devine, the coffee was pretty darn good.
Definitely be back.
