I went for my 1 hour appointment, can’t remember her name (as she never introduced herself) but when I walked in she was rude from the start.
Asked if we had a booking and I responded yes.then she walked away, and initially you look at the dresses and touch.she came back and said “excuse me have you washed your hands your not allowed too touch the dresses until you wash your hands” we both responded “where” as there is no sink and she responded “there’s a baby wipe over there, use that” then to proceed with trying on the dresses, I was very unsure of what style I would of liked due to being my first time.she asked what size I was. & when proceeding after trying she’s like “by the way your not this size, Your even bigger” after this is experience I am so afraid to go back to another shop, I feel so humiliated.

Absolutely beautiful in there. Dresses are Devine and the staff are knowledgeable and so helpful. A must place to visit when looking for any formal dress, including wedding, Deb's or bridesmaids.

I had a terrible experience at Miss Bella Bridal. I'd read so many great reviews but the experience definitely did not live up to the hype. The shop assistant was extremely grumpy and not at all interested in helping me find a dress. When I had a dress on another shop assistant came out and told me I looked great but the person serving me was completely disinterested. I booked an appointment but when I arrived I was told I was only allowed to try on 4 dresses, preferably the 4 picked for me from what I indicated I like online. I was discouraged from browsing as I no longer liked those dresses, and constantly asked to start trying on. I was told in no uncertain terms they would dress me - there are much nicer ways to inform clients if this is the policy. I felt like I was being bullied and hurried along and that they did not care if I brought a dress from them. The range was also very limited - if you don't want a lace dress, there are very few options at all. I walked out after trying two dresses and experiencing the worse customer service I've ever received. Trying on wedding dresses should be a fun and enjoyable experience, not limited, rushed and feeling unwelcome. If it was my first shop it would have been a nightmare - no trying on 10-12 dresses to find the style I like as was what happened at the first few stores I went to prior to Miss Bella. I would highly recommend future brides, especially those shopping for the first time, try other stores that give you more time and the care and enthusiasm you deserve

I can highly recommend Miss Bella Bridal! Their prices are affordable, their range is extensive, and they are experts in their field - as well as being so lovely and down-to-earth. They also go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. A great local business!

I had my dress altered at Miss Bella Bridal and couldn't have been happier. The staff were so friendly, affordable and professional. My dress was two sizes too big (I bought off the rack) but it was altered to perfection.

Every visit from choosing my dress to alterations was special. Every lady who works there takes the time to make you feel special, no detail is too small. They even made my mum feel special!

Absoulty Amazing service, opened for me on a day they are normally closed, went our of there way to get me the prefect dress for my big day with short notice. They made what seemed impossible finding the prefect dress the easiet part of my wedding. Highly recommend there dresses and service! I travelled 2 hours to shop there and was well worth the drive.

I'm so glad I found my dress at Miss Bella. The whole experience was great - when I first went in I didn't feel pressured at all. Found the perfect wedding dress and the turnaround time is pretty quick which is what I needed. Bea is so good at what she does and I couldn't be happier with how the dress looks after her alterations, and she is a pleasure to deal with. Leanne such lovely service and a sense of humour, she really went above and beyond for me! I have been so happy with the service, fittings and alterations at Miss Bella Bridal. From the moment we walked in there the team has welcomed my family. The girls helped me pick the dress which suited me the most. I was never pushed into buying anything. The lady who has been working on my alterations has done an amazing job. i bought my deb dress and they where honest and so kind.highly recommend! They have gorgeous dresses and reasonable price!

Amazing service. Such lovely and welcoming environment. I hadn’t had any luck with the other stores I had gone to before, but I found my dream dress straight away there. I should have gone their first. Would highly recommend.

Very nice dresses but I put a deposit on a dress and was told the contract HAD to be signed by the end of the week when I wanted to wait untill the following week so I was sure I was able to attend the event then i found out 4 days after signing the contract I had to withdrawal from the event meaning I wasn’t going to need the dress anymore. The manager was on holidays so we had no one to talk to about it until the following week and when we spoke to her we found out the deposit was not refundable and that we couldn’t move it onto another dress meaning we had just lost $350.

Small, boutique little shop in the heart of Boronia. Dont let the suburb fool you because this little beauty had amazing staff who all got involved in helping with getting dresses on and off, gave me the real full bridal experiance where they tied my hair back, put in a veil and handed me a fake bouquet! Really lovely girls and a beautiful range of dresses.

Terrible customer service! After sales service was curt. There are plenty of other bridal shops you can go to.

My fiancé informed me that one of the staff was disinterested in helping her and we will not be buying from them
