I had the pleasure of being looked after by Katie on Saturday. Arriving at my appointment, which was only my second time looking at Wedding Dresses, I was quite sure I wasn’t walking away with a Dress that day but Katie changed that completely! She was patient and kind and just incredibly genuine and respectful of how daunting it can be trying Wedding dresses on when your body is 3 months post partum! She proved she really knows her Brides when she chose a dress for me she called her wild card and it absolutely did not disappoint! The reaction from one of my bridesmaids drew the attention of everyone in the store! Safe to say I said Yes to the Dress and am looking forward to working with Katie to get the final product for my upcoming Wedding!

Ladies here were incredible! Went above and beyond to help my daughter with her Deb dress. Highly recommended

Not sure why there are any negative reviews, the ladies here are wonderful, the dresses are gorgeous and they made me feel comfortable each time I stepped inside the store. I love my dress, I love my alterations (which weren't easy!) and I can't wait to where it on my big day. Thanks guys!

The ladies in this store ROCK! Zoe and Leeanne are wonderful and so caring when I was in store. As a plus size bride I tried on a gowns in my size and the girls made me feel at ease and comfortable whilst choosing my gown. I can highly recommend this store for their service. Thank you

I highly recommend Miss Bella Bridal - a hidden gem! Annie was fabulous in helping me find my wedding dress. The store carries beautiful dresses for reasonable prices.

What we ordered was absolutely beautiful, what came in with only 8 days until Deb was far from it.
Had we changed our mind I would have been more than happy to forgo my $100, however, my daughter did not change her mind. The quality of what arrived was nothing like what we had ordered. Due to the dress coming in so late there was no way we could risk your ladies getting all the problems fixed.
Here are the problems with what arrived.
There were suppose to be 2 sets of straps when there was only 1 set. Due to this being wrong the straps that were on the dress were in the wrong spot.
The satin looked thinner and not as white as the original dress.
Due to the thinness of the satin we could see every detail showing through the satin. Seams/ stitches/straps and where they finished.
The centre band was puckered and you could see boning. We asked the question when we ordered if that would happen and we were told no the sample just has damaged boning but your dress will be perfect.
The pearls I had supplied were white and larger. The small pearls supplied were yellow and crooked which also made the satin look off colour.
The pearl buttons were supposed to be down the back. They were missing completely.
The cut of the bodice was different.
The sample that was in the shop fit Shae so I'm not sure why a smaller size would have been ordered. I question this as that was your excuse for the straps being wrong.
I will say the skirt was perfect. I have been a sewer since I was a child so I know how a dress is made.
The service from Leanne was absolutely atrocious. She was rude, dismissive and gesturing with hand gestures for me to not talk if I had any questions. Clearly a pro and shutting people down when dresses come in late.
When we ordered we estimated that my Daughters Deb would be end of July. Luckily the Deb wasn't until the 19th August. The dress finally arrived on the 11th.
I called to ask how things were going and Leanne said, "don't call, don't email, don't message me.when your dress is in we will track you down ok"
All in a very matter of fact tone that was rude and dismissive.
There were 3 calls I received to say the dress was due in and it wasn't her dress. Less then 2 weeks to go and I was made to feel like they staff actually had no idea where the dress was. I was given nothing but lies and rubbish excuses. Like my first call in Mid July I was told there's a 2 week delay due to freight problems and when I called start of August I finally managed to get out of them that it was still being made. Never will I ever have anything positive to say about this store. The quality is disgusting and the manager Leanne needs to learn how to communicate and remember who the customer is. Disgusting all round.

Fantastic staff. Gave honest opinion on the length of the dress for Deb, even though the dress wasn’t bought from them.

Leeanne and team were amazing throughout the whole experience. I had been to many bridal shops prior and had some idea what I wanted. They helped me pick the perfect of the rack dress in my budget, which fit perfectly and made me feel like a princess. The dress required minimal alterations, which I found to be a fair price. When I picked up my dress they also steamed my Veil that i had purchased elsewhere for me to ensure it looked perfect on the day. Highly recommend to any bride looking for the perfect dress!

We have had the best experience with Miss Bella Bridal for my daughters Deb dress. We had a very short turnaround, the ladies could not have been more helpful. They made sure the dress fitted perfectly and was comfortable to wear. My daughter felt like a princess on the night, her dress was stunning. Thank you Miss Bella Bridal!

Rida is the cutest and most talented dressmaker. She does beautiful work and has a warm heart. Would recommend to anyone!

I had an incredible experience at the Brunswick store. I walked in without an appointment and received outstanding service from Julie and Suzi. They were both very welcoming and took the time to help me find my dream dress. After a unpleasant experience at another store the same day I was blown away by their level of care and enthusiasm. I walked in feeling deflated but walked out so excited by my purchase and very excited for my upcoming wedding. Can't thank these ladies enough, and I look forward to visiting again when my dress arrives!

I would highly recommend Miss Bella Bridal. They were all welcoming and very helpful. There is a great selection of dresses at a good price range. I had a very good experience from the time I walked into the shop until i got to pick up my wedding dress.

I bought my wedding gown from this shop by paying the full amount at once, and I asked them to do alterations because I needed to shorten the length of the gown by 3 inches.
But I was shocked after seeing that they had MADE IT A MESS by shortening the gown more than 3 inches when I went for a fit-on 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING, and my whole feet was visible from the bottom of the gown. I was so SHOCKED, DISAPPOINTED, and FRUSTRATED, and They were FORCING ME TO TAKE THE MESSED UP GOWN by saying, “it was okay. You can wear it” when they could clearly see the issue. Also, they blamed me for no reason, like I'm the one who did the alternation there, and they said they could do something to the bottom and bla bla.
I don't know why they couldn't understand the point that it ITS MY BIG DAY. How on earth can I DRESS A GOWN WITH PATCHWORK? AFTER WASTING HOURS OF MY TIME, I talked with them to get another gown. But they WEREN’T HAPPY TO REFUND AT ANY POINT but to sell me another one. Because they knew that I didn’t have anything to wear on that day because I was out of time. They CHARGED ME EXTRA MONEY for that, even though they didn’t even care to apologise for their fault. So please DON’T TRUST THEM and buy a gown. They don’t give a thing about being responsible for their work. Because the only thing they care about is MONEY.

Came in this morning to try on deb dresses for my daughter, and recieved wonderful service from Anne. She showed care and we didn't feel we were rushed. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

The ladies were really helpful in finding my dress and getting adjustments made. The seamstress, B, was very helpful. The prices are so affordable and you get value for your money.
One critique I had was my dress had never fit me once it was shipped in and it was because I had supposedly put on weight. I didn't feel entirely supported in the journey to getting it to fit me again through alterations and at times was quite stressful.overall i would recommend brides to visit this store.

I cannot recommend Miss Bella Bridal enough! I searched for a wedding dress for so long and didn't find anything that I loved until I went here. There is a great selection, range of prices, and amazing staff who helped me through every step of the way.

I've come to know this shop as the best bridal shop in Melbourne by far. Not only are they the best, they really know how to take care of and look after you for your big day. Thanks so much Julie and team.:)

My Daughter's Deb was cancelled last year due to COVID however restarted this year. We only had 10 weeks to find a dress and the team at Miss Bella Bridal were AWESOME. From the first appointment until the last the team were professional and did everything they could to get my daughters dress from overseas on time. We even had time for alterations. The quality of their dresses is unbelievable

Went in panicked as my dress had been poorly altered and needed help ASAP. Wedding is one day away. Had Elizabeth help us find our back up dress but also helped in identifying all the faults to take to an emergency second alteration. She also taught my maid of honour how to “puff” the dress and all the checks/ preps prior to walking out. Landed up buying a few hundred dollars worth because of this service and after a devastating day have renewed faith in the goodness of people. Thank you so so much
