Miss Amelie

Miss Amelie is our pick for our anniversary and we always walk out very happy. Tonight we started with a cocktail, had tartare and pork belly for entrée et the eye fillet for main with a side of chips. Everything was delicious and well presented, as always.
The wine selection is great, and the service was attentive and warm. Thanks Miss Amelie for looking after us, again and again

Was invited for dinner with mates and had been here about 2 years back. Just not the same. Scallops were tough as old boots and the deep fried soba noodles just didn’t even make sense. Bacon or whatever it was on the scallops was near burnt. Lamb shoulder was really good though.
Asked for still water at the start and it was hot. No ice and waiter never came back to top up.
There was 17 people in the place and it was still really hard to get service.
Entrees seemed to take a really long time to arrive, then a good gap between that and mains, but then our dessert was at the table before they even had a chance to clear the main plates.
For the price…. Would I return… probably not. Nice for a “special” night out but when you spend what you do at this place, the food and service just isn’t up to standard.

Very calm and quiet, spacious, low lighting. Very respectful attentive staff and quick service for a high class restaurant. We had the degustation and it was divine. The chefs themselves served us a couple of times which was so lovely to receive it from the creative who made it! Nothing was so innovative it wasn't nice, everything tasted homely but yet novel and more-ish, the presentation being amazing too. Dessert was incredible honey and chocolate with artistic touches. All the wine matches were beautiful and worth the cost. Highly recommend.

Just had the most amazing meal tonight with Cassie looking after us. Absolutely wonderful venue and treasured time with my family. Thank you all. Will certainly be back.

Beautiful food with so much thought put in to taste and texture combinations, plus stunning service to top it all off. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely fabulous. Had the tartare and duck breast. Both were sensational. My son had the mushroom ravioli and the eye fillet. Loved it. Shout out to the fries which are in the top 5 I've ever had. Service was tight and very friendly. Amazing place to dine between Sydney and Melbourne.

My wife and I dined here for her 60th Birthday. Waitress absolutely nailed great service and the meals were beautifully presented and delicious. My wife's duck main was cooked to perfection and the barramundi main I had was so tasty and a great combination of ingredients. My wife loved the carrot cake dessert. Great dining once again. Thank you.

The standout dish was the starter bread. The sauce accompanying the lamb was fine. Whoever does the plating (design as well) does alright too.

If you want to enjoy delicious food, experience excellent service and feel special then I highly recommend coming to Miss Amelie.

Honestly the food science and flavour combinations just leaves you flabbergasted and in pure bliss!

We dined at Miss Amelie in Wodonga a catch up with friends passing through. The meal was exceptional and the staff were friendly. There were many options, some at the table chose the 2 or 3 course meal and wine option, while others declined the wine addition. The only negative would be it is very noisy when there are a lot of patrons. But would highly recommend Muss Amelie for a good night out.

Loving what Miss Amelie brings to the Border! - a place to share spectacular food, new flavours, great wine, and superb hospitality. The truffle degustation, was a taste bud journey through the exotic world of these earthly gems. My favourite dish was the orecchiette, each little parcel of pasta was filled with a flavour bomb. Thanks to the team for the work that was put in to delivering this meal to remember!

Went to Miss Amelie for my birthday celebrations a couple weeks ago and we were extremely impressed with both the quality of food and the amazing service. The restaurant itself is eye-catching and 'little miss' the attached bar is already on our to visit list as well.
For anyone looking for an memorable and pleasurable dining experience we could not recommend Miss Amelie enough.

Magnificent lunch with friends for his birthday. Twelve months overdue due to our uninvited but resident virus. Fabulous food as always and fun interaction with the kitchen staff and David in a prearranged cooking class for the birthday boy helping to prepare each dish, cook it and then serve "his" guests. A most memorable day. Fabulous wine with each course, fabulous front of house and the freshness of the food before and on the plate was spectacular.
