Mint and Jam reviews
52Food came quickly and was delicious. I had the avocado and hummus with a chai and both were fantastic. My family also enjoyed their meals. Everything was very reasonably priced and the staff were nice.
Yummy fresh food, we had the eggs Benedict, chicken tacos, waffle, avocado and hummus, hokkien noodles and vanilla thickshakes.
They also had amazing cinnamon scrolls with cream cheese frosting.
Clean place, friendly staff and quick service.
Only drawback was that there was an outdoor courtyard seating option, but no outdoor heaters available. It would have been nice to eat out in the sun, but being a cold winter's day, definitely not something you want to do without the heaters. Clean toilets available.
The prices were also very affordable for the quality and the serving size.
Overall, we had a nice experience.
It's a nice place to stop over between Melbourne and Mt Buller.
Beautiful little Cafe. We ate breakfast here. The portions were big and the service was excellent.value for money.
Great coffee! Such a pleasant surprise.
Food was fresh, tasty, delicious. Another visit will definitely happen.
Love it! Lovely coffee.friendly staff.our regular morning stop after our walk.highly recommended!
Best almond milk hot chocolate in Yea as well as a great Thai green curry.willing warm friendly staff.
We all got the roll, taco and Bao.
The reason only put the bao because it’s so appropriate. Perfect fit with the batter with pork belly. Pork Oil helps the spices melt in the bao. So great definitely so good
Only decent place for a coffee I've found in Yea. Everywhere else just makes bakery standard coffees, this place makes cafe quality coffee.
This place is Amazing!
Extremely Coeliac friendly, and the best service you could experience anywhere!
Will definitely visit anytime I am even remotely close!
I was stuck on the road in the rain about to eat some cold sweet potatoes. They had heaps of options for vegetarians and vegans and were willing to cater to a few of my painful restrictions with a smile!
We came across this place after a recommendation from someone on a heritage train trip. There are a great selection of alternative dairy milks. Our favourite Happy Soy Boy is served here and they sell cartons of it too!
Recently visited Yea and went to Mint & Jam for a delicious breakfast. Great service and great food. I also left my wallet there and didn’t realise until nearly home at Kerang. Rang Mint & Jam and they were so helpful and sent my wallet to me arriving 3 days later. Thank you so much.
I dropped into the Mint and jam for a quick bite to eat, l decided on a ham and salad sandwich which was fresh and tasty, a very nice light lunch
It’s a good cafe with all day breakfast and more items for lunch. They make most of the dishes vegetarian also. They would listen to your orders very carefully and do the customisation accordingly, grateful to that. We tried halloumi cheese salad, hokkein noodles, dumplings and smashed avacado. All were good, served well. Quantity sufficient for one. They have beautiful outdoor seating as well.
Not a coffee drinker so cannot comment but food was lovely had the big breakfast, asked for bacon crispy and it was perfect. Service was great but took a while for plates to be cleared.
The sandwiches and coffee here are always nice
Homemade slices look lovely
Today I tried the fish tacos. Simple flavoursome and delicious made with fresh ingredients. Nice service too. Well done
Good
Had a fantastic breakfast here. XO scrambled eggs with Sriracha maple bacon was an interesting and delicious alternative to the usual breakfast options. Hot chocolates (dark, milk or white) are made with belgiuan chocolate buttons. Prices are very reasonable.
Lovely menu with lots of gluten free options. Vegetarian and vegan options also available. Friendly and helpful staff.
Food is very lovely. Shame about the "no pay, no toilet" sign though. Unkindness does not promote prosperity.
