Great quality breakfast at a reasonable price. Garden seating makes for a peaceful and relaxing breakfast. Also has toilets if needed. Would recommend for anyone driving through on your travels.

Great location on a sunny day to sit out in the back garden. Menu doesn’t show all the offerings such as pastries. The pasties with homemade pastry is absolutely delicious. Best coffee in Yea

We had poached eggs and bacon on toast cooked just right along with good coffee. Would recommend you give here a try I don't think you will be disappointed.

Stopped for a quick bite and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and coffee. Our top picks are the waffles and burgers. Soo yum.

Great food and location with generous servings and reasonably priced. When we got to mint and jam there were signs saying due to staff shortages they stopped serving breakfast at 11: 30 (instead of all day). But this was really no issue, they still had plenty of food options for lunch. We were also made aware that the wait may be long as they make everything fresh and only had 4 staff but our drinks came in 5 minutes and our food in 10. The rice paper rolls were amazing, they were fresh and really big. The filling was wrapped in a lettuce leaf before the rice paper which stopped the rice paper from breaking and no filling fell out at all. Coffee and sparkling juice was also very yummy. Would definitely recommend.

Lunch was packed full of flavour and so fresh! The tacos were delicious, the rice paper rolls were light and refreshing, and the sticky BBQ noodle salad was just the best! And topped it off with a good milkshake flavour twist with hazelnut shakes, chefs!

Have a major concern with cleanliness, the fans are absolutely putrid, will not eat again inside until they are washed and cleaned

Beautiful breakfast, bacon and eggs for me and wife had eggs benadict. We were both raving about the food and the place, if you are in Yea highly recommend

Great coffee, egg and bacon toast is my go-to everytime. Iced latte is overpriced as it is basically a smaller serving of coffee in the same sized cup with some ice at a higher price. The coffee shake is much better.

My daughter & I had 4hrs spare in yea today (car getting fixed) & we decided on Mint & Jam for breakfast. Beautiful service and lovely food. Though $4.00 for 2 rashers of bacon or $2 for hash browns but after looking around beforehand, best priced place in a small isolated town with excellent customer service.
(Hat goes off to the young lady who had to deal with the 2 lady’s who ordered cups but demanded mugs, you have great customer service & patience!)

Amazing coffee and food! A little bit on the expensive side but would definitely eat here again.

The pork bao is probably the best I had in Australia. And that’s coming from a Taiwanese guy (the country who invented this dish). They got the pickled veggie, peanut powder and the pork down packed. Good work. Will come visit more often:)
