Forcing customers to download an app to buy a bagel from their store at the moment. Good bagels but I've taken my business elsewhere for now.

Didn't know what the fuss was about bagels in general- now I know! Bloody scrumptious. They also sell 35mm film!

A great takeaway bagel shop in Brunswick. They have great bagels and a variety of cream cheese spreads. I only wish they also sold espresso too. That's ok, perhaps it's better to stick with doing one thing right. Open from 9am, so not for the early birds.

Got the pastrami bagel. Has cream cheese, honey mustard and pastrami. Tasted fresh and delicious. Keeps a good taste in the old mate mouth after. A bit pricey but will be back cause they damn good.

They might have been a well kept secret before we started going there. I've developed an addiction to their egg salad and I'm very happy about it.

Literally a hole in the wall just behind Sydney Rd. Perfect for a quick bite. Number 4 is my fave.

I ordered a 6 pack of bagels and a tub of cream cheese via door dash. I received the tub of cream cheese only. No communication from the business whatsoever. A cold refund of the bagels was issued, however I was charged for the cheese + delivery. No notification. What am I supposed to do with 200g of very expensive cream cheese?
Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.
I called the business and the response was “take it up with door dash”… They’re not the issue in this situation.

Salmon bagel is a real hit for me, absolutely love this place. 10/10, can get busy on a Saturday/Sunday though! I recommend pre-ordering so you can quickly pick it up without having to wait in line.

Cream cheese and jalapeño sandwich!
It became my favorite! Yummmm
Staffs are not friendly (so minus one star)

Heaps of pastrami, cream cheese & pickle. A bit costly but delicious & worth it (& I'm usually not that keen on bagels!)

Really a bit heavy handed with the mustard.we're all about subtlety over here.
Less is more, but no mustard is bad
Mustard is nice so keep doing ur thing guys

Hard, cardboard-like bagels and one of those places in Melbourne which claims to accept only card payments and then charges you extra for doing so (in an especially insidious fashion by placing the card tapper high up on the counter where you can`t see it). Do not bother.

Incredible bagels and that are so well filled that I'm picking out cream cheese from my septum ring for hours

My first experience here was very pleasant. Sad to see other locals unimpressed but I guess I just got lucky!

We were served quickly by a friendly server and they were patient with us deciding on what we wanted since their menu has a great variety - all sound delicious.

I got the salmon one with cream cheese and avocado in poppy seeds bagel. DELICIOUS. So so filling and I’ll happily pay a bit more for someone to make me a fresh bagel. Love that it’s cut in half for you too (photo is of half of one I ordered) Filling can be a lot so expect it to fall out but that’s just bagels right? Also really love the basil oil.

Wish they did espresso coffee too but there’s plenty of good cafes nearby.

Delicious bagels! Ordered online and it was ready super quick. They even let me swap for the cashew cream cheese. Perfect little takeaway lunch spot and happy to know I can finally get some good bagel sandwiches in Brunswick! The chili oil was 10/10 as well.

I was pretty excited to check this place out. Brunswick has great back alley, hole in the wall, ‘secret’ cafes and shops.

This is not one of them.

I received attitude for not being able to identify the different bagel types when asked which I wanted. Pointing or saying “this one here” wasn’t enough for the lady serving us. Not sure what we’d done to deserve this. Maybe she was hung over from the night before or she was questioning her life’s choices working on a Sunday afternoon when the sun was out.

Either way, not the most professional approach.
It also seemed that there was a higher priority in sweeping and tidying up, rather than making our order and the others who had come after us.

When we finally received our order, the bagels were burnt, and clearly not fresh as advertised.

Not worth the attitude, cost and long wait for for a couple of average bagels. You’re better off going to Union Street Brewers for a cheaper and better bagel until Mile End Bagels can sort their lives out.

Terrible customer service by the chic with neck tatts & bagels didn't seem very fresh at all. When picking the bagel type they are not labelled & the server cannot see where you're pointing but she gave so much attitude that we weren't able to identify & name the bagel types on sight. Super weird. Then our bagels took so long to be made so I'd finished my iced latte by the time they we ready. I asked if they had a bin for my now empty cup & the neck tatts chic told me to chuck it into a bin that was completely out of my field of vision behind the extremely high counter top. She then rolled her eyes & angrily grabbed the cup from me. When we ate the bagels, one was burnt on the bottom & the other was super hard as if it was 5 days old. I don't understand how this place thinks it will survive. I will not be using my hard earnt money to support them again. Shame as I would have definitely frequented this local place if her attitude was better.
