She provided us with all the relevant information and very realistic price range based on the current market conditions. We are very happy with the outcome and the speed at which this was achieved.
Jen was super responsive, always available and very helpful. She addressed all concerns with great advice showing in-depth knowledge and she made us feel comfortable with going ahead with the purchase. If we ever sell in the area, we would love to have her as our agent.
Excellent property agent
Natalia is a professional agent who is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects associated with successful transaction of properties. Apart from grasping comprehensive marketing information (which I believe takes lots of research and evaluation), Ms. Susanti also has a strong sense on the preference and interest of landlords and potential buyers, down to a subliminal level that is generally difficult to catch. As such, she is capable of offering strategic advice to landlords on how they should present and price their property to match the best interest of both parties. Natalie is a diligent and friendly person, replying enquiries through various communication channels whenever necessary, even after office hours and during weekends. In her messages, there are often kind greetings and interesting information (such as photos and videos of the City). We felt being treated not just as a client, but also as a friend by Natalie and her company.

I just sold my apartment in Melbourne CBD and had the pleasure to work with Natalia. She was wonderful to work with. She sold my apartment in about a month which was great considering Melbourne is still in lockdown even at the time of this writing.
Her advice and support through closing was invaluable. She was polite, available, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt lucky to find her as my real estate agent.

OMG, I have had the Worst experience of my Melbourne life with MICM. The worst. They have been unsupportive of everything. Since day one, we have been facing problems with communicating, getting things replaced in the house to getting lease transferred, everything. The so called "Best" has absolutely given us a bad experience. The property agent has been absolutely unsupportive of any problems regarding the property, every time we would go to her with problem, she has been super rude and said it's not my job to reply to all the mails and has always said rude comments to us. Inspite of paying the rent on time every single month, we faced so many problems. Also when we were finding a new house with MICM, I personally visited their office asked for help, we thought they would help as we have been their tenants for the past, but absolutely no help. Till date I haven't recieved a reply from the Manager "Ben" and the property Manager Frank. Every time I have called them, my call was ignored and have received no response. And the previous property we stayed in MICIM property in 283 Spring Street. All the commercial cleaning was done by the cleaner provided by MICM (Super Expensive) and inspite of that they charges us a huge fine from our bond. Inspite of getting everything done, what a horrible experience. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go ahead with them.
Jen was fantastic in selling our city apartment. She was professional and prompt in organizing cleaning, styling and advertising. Jen was always contactable and kept us fully informed. She went above and beyond all our expectations and we highly recommend her.
I thought finding a new rental would be painful when in lockdown however MICM made it easy and very seamless! They were responsive with all their communication from my enquiry in the property right through to requesting an extra set of keys.
The day I moved in it, it was pouring rain and I had, unfortunately, also found the SLOWEST removal company in Melbourne. They had missed my lift booking and then were going so slow with the lift timeframe deadline minutes away upon arriving at the building. Even by helping them move the things myself, they were going at snails pace.
Lisa, the building manager, came to the rescue, got some speed happening and helped me get into my new home. She was empathetic to my situation, stayed way beyond her finishing time on a Friday evening to make sure the removalists got it done, and she made me feel welcome, showing me the ropes with different aspects of the property! I was so grateful for her and her commitment to getting me in without having to turn me away. Thanks once again Lisa!

I can’t say how bad they are, only you have experienced by yourself and you will know. Extra cleaning fee (more than $200) and you don’t know where they can overcharge you. Be prepared to be pitted!
I believe individual reviews provides the most important guide for deciding which real estate agent to use. It became clear very quickly that Jen has outstanding reviews. My experience with her now confirms everything I thought and she managed to exceed my expectations still. Jen knows the inner city apartment market intimately and she knew exactly how to market my apartment. She is excellent at following up and has a work ethic which is hard to match by any standards.
