The service from our property manager - Maria was exceptional and I would highly recommend her in the future. Renting from MCIM was always a pleasure and we had no bad experiences over the 6 years in the same building. Great people to deal with in real-estate.

Looks like you guys deleted the review I gave on Google. Shame on guys and specially Rachel Guo, one of the worst people I have crossed over in Australia. Have some shame, didn't know you guys could this low for bonds, just want to rip the people. Wanted to see if you guys delete this post or not. I will have screenshot of this review and post all over. Worst property agent.

Jen Lin Lau is an amazing real estate agent and has extensive knowledge of Melbourne CBD. From the moment I met her, I definitely felt at ease and knew I was going to be looked after. Jen is an outstanding professional and she definitely went above and beyond to get the price I was looking for. The quality in the advertising, photos, videos and weekly updates were next level. She answered all my questions and assisted when I needed extra work done in finding technicians to attend my property. Can't thank her enough for guaranteeing a positive outcome and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell in the Melbourne.

Laziest team, been almost a month and no communication. I am currently in bond recovery but as I see the above post where MICM is trying to avoid giving bond back, I feel a bit insecure. I have received an email of wall patches (already in the condition report) and carpet, already in condition where it was in a bad condition. The cleaning was done by the company they recommended and the simplest carpet couldn't be cleaned and the charges are on me after I emailed them about bond and they were not even concerned to email me regarding this. Not sure the next steps now but facing lot of difficulties. Negative stars

My partner and I have a lease that is getting to an end due to the incompetence and uncaring nature of our property manager, Sandy Berahim, our experience has been rather exhausting with this MICM staff. No response to our enquires, it seems we are begging for him to reply to our emails, always trying to take advantage of the tenants by requesting things that were not never provided to us. When dealing with customers you should know the whole story and speak with facts rather than just trying to demand. It’s funny how when we provided emails and evidence he just went quiet - 5 days still no response.

Quite interested to see what he will try to do to take part of our bond or what excuse he’ll come out with to keep part of our bond.

I am delighted to write a review for my property manager Sanjana Wagh in MICM. Her commitment and promptness to tasks has truly impressed me. She has been quite prompt in working through my application for a recent property request with MICM & helped us in settling in the property very well.

Additionally, her attentiveness to maintenance requests was highly commendable, as we had few minor fixes to be done at our place that needed immediate attention. She had immediately organized the necessary vendors after discussing with owner to get the items addressed at earliest.

Her ability to balance efficiency with attention to detail is truly remarkable. Despite their quick response time, they have never compromised on the quality of their work too.
Their fast paperwork handling and timely maintenance responses have made my experience as a tenant extremely positive so far. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a competent and reliable property manager.

IF you are a renter with MICM be very careful in your dealings with the property managers and their admin.

Started out great then went to downhill very quickly. Rental increases that didn't meet the 60 day notice requirements. Claimed to have lost the new signed 12 month lease agreement. Then MICM claimed I was on a month by month without consultation or communication to jack the rent up TWICE. Lied to on many occasions by 1 particular property manager. Took additional D/Debit $ without authority. Tried to claim damage to the property that was there when I moved in. Claimed to have lost my completed condition report. Thankfully I had taken timestamped photos. Take a lot of photos and be prepared to fight tooth and nail to get your bond back at exit.
So glad to be away from them.

Fantastic to deal with, Mitch Amanatidis was initially very responsive to emails and Matthew Tedder was super helpful, updated us and very fast. Would definitely recommend these guys

I have been looking at apartments now for a couple of days and out of most of the Rental property managers I would recommend Ambrose. He was very professional, friendly and welcoming. Great knowledge of the area. A credit to your company. Well done and thank you for a pleasant experience.

In over 5 years of dealing with property managers we have not had the pleasure of dealing with a more competent and professional company than MICM. My current property manager Ken Suwatdi is amazingly quick and efficient with his responses and solutions to anything and everything. If we have investment property in future we would definitely want Ken to look after them. Would 110% recommend MICM and his services! Prasong Ratanachaitong

We were first time landlords and lucked out when we found Ken. I was nervous about the whole process and remember Ken saying at our first meeting, that a property manager is there to make your life easier and that is exactly what he does. We had to find new tenants early this year and were going to be on our honeymoon for 3 weeks, which would have been worrisome. But we trusted Ken implicitly to make all the decisions on our behalf and when we got home, we had new tenants! And they've just renewed their lease this year! You won't get a better property manager than Ken. Thank you Ken for all your amazing work! Chris & Sally

They advertised a property for $410 weekly. The price of the property stayed the same for 2 days on real estate websites. When the demand was high, they increased the price to $450 and said that the price of the property was already $450, they sent an e-mail saying we apologized for the wrong publication. We accepted this price, even we could’ve offered higher price but we could never reach them by sending an e-mail, sms or calling. Later, my girlfriend and I decided to take off from our jobs and participate in a inspection that seemed available on the website. The inspection should have taken place at 12: 50pm, but no one came and did not answer the phones until 01: 05pm. Later when we called the office, the person who answered the phone said that there was no inspection, it had already been canceled and the property was rented. There were ten other customers waiting with us, and none of them knew about it. It was a really bad experience.
