Absolutely disgusting roast beef from here tonight. The meat was well past it's used by date and the amount of roast vegetables was stingy and undercooked.ended up in the bin. Won't be back anytime soon.

Delicious pork roll! Just enough crackle, loved seeing so many freshly cooked sides of pork waiting for the days trade ahead, we demolished them and didn’t get a chance to take a photo

Just a review for everyone, the fish burger for $14 is definitely not worth the price.half a fish, dry and bland. Would not advise. Over all the customer service is alright.

Though the food wasn't to bad the customer service left a lot be desired. Very disappointed as had been looking forward to trying out a local shop not part of a chain of stores.

Roast meat always nice and tender (wish roast lamb was as available as often as in the past). A small roast with vegies feeds two comfortably, with plenty of meat included, but the only downside is there's often only one roast potato, pumpkin, broccoli, etc, per serve, which means two people have to share veg. Feel like inflation/vegie prices has affected things as I used to get two pieces of each veg in a small serve a couple of years ago. Chicken schnitzel lovely and tender. Hot chips always nice. Service is good and staff are friendly. Wait times are good, even when busy.

Rude service chicken tasted like pork and our chips where soggy and I asked for salt and she ignored me

This place is weird. But the food is pretty good. The staff take your order and go on memory, just write it down. Chips need to be cooked longer. But the roast is bloody delicious.

Was passing thru and picked a random place for got chips.

I normally love the food here but tonight I went to get my usual scallop potatos only to have the older.lady ask the younger girl that was plunging the bay Maree bottom underneath. She went straight from handling the grotty plunger with NO GLOVES ON, to handling my food which made me sick, I then watch her drop a piece of potato onto the side of the container and flick it back in with her bare hands. After also reading some of these reviews it seems the love and care.to.customers has dropped dramatically. Won't be back again NEVER! ITS A SHAME ACTUALLY.

Horribly rude lady. I asked for a souvlaki with extra garlic sauce, and cooked onion. Flat out refused extra garlic sauce, agreed to cook onion. Get home. NO garlic sauce at all and half of it was full of raw onion. It was so dry. And wasn't much left in it by the time I got the onion out. Ordered pork and chips with gravy apple sauce and crackle. Barely any gravy and no apple sauce. No communication between staff except flying orders around at the younger staff. Boss lady needs to chill out. That place is going downhill fast.

Very Rude Woman served me, her manners just was horrible, And the portion sizes were pretty stingy, I won’t be back there any time soon, they’ve Lost My like to ever return in the future.

I love this place. Get a roast meal every week. The young lady that serves me is lovely, and always knows what I want.

Nice meals good size servings but some of the staff are pretty ordinary and one lady in particular very rude

The chicken was the best in moe, staff very friendly, I bought a whole chicken, and a 1/4 chicken and vegetables meal which was very tasty

I was there not along ago with someone and the older lady spoke to my friend so rudely and i order a pork and gravey roll and it was dru as paper and the toated the roll befor i got a chance to say dont toast it

This place has improved since I was there over 12 mths ago. The takeaway roast dinner s have improved out of sight. Well worth a visit.

They do a nice range of traditional Aussie milk bar type fry ups, burgers and steak sangas.
Have the typical Vic flake on offer as a deep fried fish, steamed dimmys and a set of roast meat & veg as a carvery.
Place doesn't pong, oil seems fresh and the people running the joint all have Aussie accents.
Good prices and serving sizes.
Yeah, its fine, place looks clean and food appears fresh.
Same can't be said for a couple of its competitors whose specials seem to be hepatitis rolls and gastric disasters.

I have always liked the food here but I will never go back there again after the way I was treated.service was pathetic

I order over $50 worth of food when I got home I was missing 10 dim sims. When I rang to say you missed part of my order the lady was abrupt and rude while she proceeded to tell me I hadnt ordered them. From reading other reviews it's clear that this is an ongoing issue which is a real shame because the food was good. I will not be returning.
