325 star to the (I think she was Indian girl who served me) but a zero STAR to the guy working there. Such a rude sales person. I’ve asked if they have another pair of sandals as the one I was getting was damaged. Instead of saying no clearly he abused us. He was like if u want better quality go and buy it full price we have discount here and there faulty. What a joke what a rude person to talk to a customer this way. Would never and ever recommend anyone to deal with this guy.
Went into store today. Was served by blonde girl shaney, very friendly. Very polite. Made effort to have conversation and complimented my English speaking and left me leaving shop very happy. Purchased 3 bags and will return when I come to Australia again. Very nice to have such great service. Good discounts to.
I'm a little bit taken back by the negative reviews because I went in today and received excellent customer service, especially from Jesse, who I believe is the Manager. No purchases made but I really appreciate the recommendations, beautiful mens messenger bag!
Walked into this store a few times over the past week and received extremely poor customer service from the manager Jessie. He was very rude and very unhelpful. As I was waiting at the counter to be served, he was walking around the store on his phone. When I did reach out for help, he spoke down to me and made me feel idiotic for asking a simple question about the price. He was extremely inpatient too. Very unhappy with my visit and won’t be shopping at michael Kors southwarf again.
Firstly, absolutely disgusting customer service by Krina S! We bought 2 handbags from here and spent a lot of money as well, which one bag came with a dust bag and the other one didn’t even though they were both brand new. The Indian lady also told me to “go put the bag away where you found it in the store”. Okay that is not my job it’s yours that’s what you’re getting paid to do! Her attitude towards me was very rude and when we asked simple questions she’d roll her eyes and gave a very harsh answer.
Secondly, my mum bought another bag which had a red sticker on it cover the RRP price, obviously you’d think the sale discount will be over that price however when we got to Krina we confirmed the price with her and she very rudely said “no
the discount isn’t over that price, it was last weeks sale price” okay sure we understand that and ended up paying the amount she asked for but once again the store doesn’t know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is! Remove last weeks sale prices before introducing new sale price!
Very disappointed from you, step up your game.

The two ladies in Michael Kors were very very rude~ They even didn’t look at me when I paid bag and no thank you not even a word to me! What’s wrong with this two guys! I’m really mad! So could Michael Kors company try to tell your stuff how to respect people!
Pre-Christmas shopping at MK I did expect to wait a little a bit, but I was served by one truely incompetent staff member. Lucky for me the other girl at the register stepped in and helped out. That girl needs a raise, she single handedly carried the whole shop during the chaos. Didn’t catch her name, but I hope she has a good Christmas break!
Management needs to step up and allocate more staff during the busy period.
Extremely rude and pathetic customer service from this sales girl Shanae. Very poor body language and talking behavior towards customers. Get better customer service from staff at Kmart as compared to Michael Kors. Would never go again.
Went in today to buy myself a watch. I had a certain model in mind. Firstly they didn't have a lot to select from. When I asked the sales person whether they had more models she was just plain rude and said "no this is all you will get here" and turned her face away. I felt really awful but since I was a bit desperate I asked her if emporium would have more and she just replied "yes" even without looking at me. As I left feeling really bad I said a bye since I am used all the niceties. This sales girl who must be on top of her game in making people welcome did not even bother turning. MK - I still love your brand. But if you do not change the first point of customer service then you are not getting any of our $$
Very rude sales rep, i got a shoe a size small and was still in the mall when I realised less than two minutes after I paid, the girls said no exchange, i only want my size!
