Michael Kors is a world-renowned, award-winning designer of luxury accessories but the staff lack customer service. They were standing around in two groups around two racks with bags that I couldn't look at. I left the store and purchased my MK bag online from David Jones.

The recent customer experience at the store was disappointing. Despite purchasing a gift, sizing issues led to an exchange request, met with unwarranted accusations from Sadaf, the manager. Arrogant and dismissive, she refused a refund, showing a lack of professionalism. The company's failure to address such behavior reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very bad shopping experience! Visited the store on cyber Monday sales, there’s a men’s backpack I was quite interested. Asked staff to remove some paper and airbag from inside so I could try to see how heavy of the bag. The staff refused saying they couldn’t do it. Such a big joke I have never heard from the retail store. ALTHOUGH I LIKED THE BAG BUT YOU LOOSE A Customer and sales! The store manager should check staff CS!

My bf got me a bag and nothing was mentioned at the time of purchase, that its lamb leather and needs care.

And color got of in an hour of purchase, and when we asked about exchange they were so rude and not at all understanding,
I wont even give 1 star.

The staff at MK are so friendly and helpful. Today Dannah helped me out with a pair of shoes and she was so attentive with the sizing and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely come back.

I had the pleasure of shopping at Michael Kors recently and I have to say, the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Evelyn Tandiono, who had a big smile on their face and made me feel instantly welcome.

Throughout my shopping experience, Evelyn went above and beyond to make sure that I found exactly what I was looking for. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences and provided expert recommendations on products that would suit me best. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they were able to answer all of my questions with ease.

What really stood out to me, however, was Evelyn's exceptional customer service skills. They were patient, kind, and went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. They even took the time to follow up with me after my visit to ensure that everything was still to my liking. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable.

I am writing to make a formal complaint against the retail assistant Shanae of the Michael Kors South Wharf DFO store.

As my own first experience being out shopping since the beginning of isolation restrictions, I chose to visit the Michael Kors outlet store at DFO. After consolidating my purchase, I was asked by cashier Shanae if I would be paying by cash or card. I replied with cash, and she immediately began to wear gloves in order to receive payment.

The purchase came to $111.60, to which I gave $121.60. Without apologising, she returned my change all in loose coins, mostly $1s. I prompted her that she should have let me know that there was no appropriate change available, and she should have said sorry to take responsibility for the inconvenience. She remarked back that she did not know how much money was in the till, and that I was her first cash transaction of the day. Following, she sniped that she was "doing [me] a favour" accepting my cash payment. However I genuinely don't understand her logic as she asked me which payment method I was using prior to accepting my cash. She gave me the option, so I am in astoundment to this unnecessary remark.

The employee spoke very rudely, and was dismissive of what I had to say. Feeling very upset, I asked for a refund on behalf of the terrible treatment I was receiving, and did not feel my business was appreciated at the store. She retorted that refunds and exchanges were unavailable on sale items. Shanae did not attempt to resolve this issue at hand nor was she able to be apologetic, her attitude towards the situation was very poor and she was incapable of maintaining a level tone, acting very unseemly.

As I was still feeling very disheartened and unsettled towards the way I was being treated in such a discourteous manner, I asked for the manager, to resolve the situation at hand, as Shanae was being irrational. She instantly told me the manager was not in the store, and was in fact in New Zealand. After this, she called out for her co-worker in the stock room, and began to antagonistically explain the situation, yelling over me. When I tried to explain to the co-worker what had unraveled, Shanae kept interjecting, stating aggressively that she had done nothing wrong. While constantly being interrupted I was not able to speak without her hostile interjections.

Shanae then left to tend to another customer and I began to talk with much more appreciation and understanding to the other co-worker, who showed remorse to the way that the situation was being handled. Even being removed from the conversation, Shanae could not help herself but continue to interrupt my discussion with the other co-worker by yelling across the store to adamantly insert herself by saying she "was not in the wrong" and that she did not care if I complained as she had done nothing wrong. I was in utter shock that such unneeded comments were made in a conversation that Shanae had removed herself from, and the aggressive nature of her approach.

I am highly dismayed at this level of unprofessionalism and feel very dissatisfied towards my interaction at the store. All I wanted was a simple apology for the inconvenience of the loose change in coins, which would have evaded all this unhappiness, unnecessary hostility from a store of this stature.

People like Shanae should not be at the forefront of the business, where a lack of customer service resulted in a situation that could have simply been avoided if common courtesy and basic human mannerisms had be applied. It would be a shame, if there is not a satisfactory resolution to such a petty incident that has escalated to this extent. Looking forward, I hope that this interaction has provided an insight to the quality of staff within the stores, and that the rightful repercussions will be served.

I had such a great experience at michael kors south wharf. The young girl shanaye was very polite when she asked me for help the other day when i was looking for something for my sister.she was very very kind.keep up the good attitude especially with the current circumstances

I wish I can give zero start, poor and very rude customer service, I went to the store and I asked for a different size and the girls don't want to check if there is any, they kept saying this is the last pair.
As we were leaving my daughter touched a sparkly shose all of sudden I heard the Asian lady yell at us
I am very loyal customer to Michael kors and this is has never happened to me.

I called South Wharf store to inquire about exchanging a bag I received as a gift (I want the same bag but different colour), and the store manager DANA was extremely rude. I couldnt even finish my first sentence when she straight up said "no exhange or refunds in any items, sorry". She didnt bother to ask me for details like what kind of item I want to change, or where was it purchased or if it was faulty. I know my rights and according to the ACCC we can exhange or return packed/unworn items within 30 days. Extremely poor customer service: (
