Unpleasant experience. Paid for floorboards, had to pay additional $800 because concrete under carpet was not flat enough. Floorboards installed, cracked tiles in bathroom and kitchen. Scratches along sideboards. The remaining floorboards were taken away by installer. Would suggest paying 70% upfront. When job is done with no damage, pay remaining 30%. Otherwise you will have regrets.

Hands down the most delightful carpet shopping experience iv ever had. Tapan bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, and was happy to match and even beat his competitors quotes. My experience didn't end there, as a masterful and intricate installation was performed with ease by Tapans very courteous and helpfull install team who even helped move back furnishings that wasn't included in our deal. Walked in by accident and very glad I did! Vanessa was lovely to deal with and very helpful. The price for the product I wanted (Quickstep vinyl) was the best I've sourced in Melbourne and where other places said it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive, she arranged stock for delivery in a few days. Excellent all round and thoroughly recommended.

Terrible customer service. We visited this store last Saturday morning. We were the only customers in the store with two people working. We browsed for 15 minutes and when no one offered any assistance or even a simple hello in that time, we left disgusted. We then went next door to Floorworld and received amazing service immediately.

Disgusting customer service. I have tried on a 3 occasions. Not to mention the flooring was better and cheaper at harvey norman

Excellent display of a magnificent amount of carpets.lots of different styles and colours. Looking for a great quality carpet or something to match existing carpet, this is where to go.
