My husband and I bought over 110 sq metres of spotted gum engineered timber (settlers run) from Metropolitan Carpet court. From the very day the team showed high quality of customer service. The installers were highly experienced and gave us advise of changing the colour of the quads that we had chosen initially as they didn’t match the floorboards. The customer service team went above and beyond to swap them for a different colour. Couldn’t be more happier with the quality and the workmanship.

Very friendly staff that take the time to get to know you and what you're looking for. Tapan and Drupal work together to highlight our orders and discuss options moving forward as well as follow up on our built.

Plus they have a really wide range of stuff and a well lit show room to demonstrate the products and what it'd look like.

We looked for quite some time and walked into the Thomastown store to find the product that appeared to be above the rest. So we began our negotiations. There was a communication problem right from the onset and I didn't feel comfortable about the way things were going however still had a gut feel it would work out. We ended up spending a very considerable amount and still not entirely confident with the staff's approach; then when the two contractors got involved with ripping up tiles and carpet, cleaning up, moving furniture and laying the floating boards etc, this is when it all changed. They were Briliant to say the least. They actual showed care and consideration for how our place would look and offered expert advice after which it all turned out better than my expectations. Really great job and very happy with the results. A little bit like faulty towers at he beginning though:)

Great experience. They have wide range of carpets to choose from. Representative clearly and honestly explained pros and cons of different types. Due to emergency, we hand to change our installation just a day before installation. Not a single question asked, they change installation as per our request. Exceptional customer services.

Pleasure to deal with Tapan. He was transparent about our choices throughout the process & looked out for our best interest when choosing our carpet. The carpet looks & feels wonderful and the installation process was really easy.

I removed my old carpet and installed hybrid floor in my house. Staff promptly measure the house and provided honest and transparent opinion about installation cost and probable unplanned cost factors. They also provided complete installation package which included furniture movement, floor leveling, removal and disposal of old carpet. Installer did a great job and my house flooring was completely renewed in 2 week time. Strongly recommend at least one visit before finalising your installation. Great Job!
