Have no problems with Clinic itself and have a very good doctor in Dr Tan, only problem I have is their online booking system, it is hopeless since they changed from the Health Engine booking system

Very good clinic and range of doctors to choose from. The doctors are very helpful and I would love to go back but some of the receptionist are disgusting and plain rude, especially the one with brow/orange hair who always have mean look and just talks like we are her peasants. I won't be going back just because of her. (Not using my real name because I wanted to be anonymous as I have good relations with the other people there)

The doctors are great at this clinic especially Dr Deshpande and Dr Bhat. Unfortunately the ppl that run the place are pathetic! And as for the two secretaries there they need to re-evaluate the meaning of how to be professional at all times and learn how to deal with pressure! Especially blonde with the glasses highly recommend don’t deal with the immature sook cause you will want to slap her one!

A genuine family of talented doctors, nurses, allied staff and reception staff. I have been a regular patient at Mernda Village Medical for over five years. Each experience is guided by a genuinely attentive, caring and compassionate professional, that carefully prescribes advice and the appropriate medical treatment to match. Highly recommended. The negative commentary posted by ‘stray walk-ins’ are simply ludicrous and should be ignored. All doctors and staff that work here are to be commended on the service they provide to the local community. Thank you!

Ive had mostly positive experiences here. Our Gp is lovely and the other doctors ive seen have been good.

Took my 14 year old son in who was seen by Dr Saty Baht. Very happy with his service to my son. Showed concern and very quick diagnosis with extra help offered by allowing me to leave with a referral to the hospital if condition worsens or doesn't improve very soon. Usually you're made to go back and its all time consuming. As a mother of 4 I can't express what a help that is. Thank you for your caring and professional service.

Wow! This centre doesn't take emergencies if they have no appointments and you don't have a licence to drive to the next available medical practitioner. I am appalled that a medical centre can say no to a child with a head injury when call to ask if they can come in.wow i wonder if they would do the same to an allergic reaction.

Love this place, great staff at reception, face doctor is Manasi, she's beautiful and my kids also enjoy seeing her, very helpful and friendly. They have also allowed me to advertise school holiday flyers in their reception area no hassle! Defs recommend this place great for families too!

Extremely poor effort by all members of the team we dealt with, GP has no place in this field of work (lacking compassion). Absolute C**T. Reception are snobs and very unhelpful. I could go on but will just say please avoid this place at all cost! I'd rather drive to my GP in Heidelberg than go back to this mob again

I have been going here for over 2½ years and have always received great medical advice (especially from Dr Deshpande). The reception girls are also very helpful. I don't understand the 1 star reviews here. Doesn't add up at all from my experience.

Very rude at the reception desk.some one who use to do cleaning, now work as receptionist there, very rude staff needs retraining and work on active listening skills, improve how to talk to ppl and not act like you own the center.please don't go there. SAVE YOUR TIME

Absolute joke. Avoid it at all costs. I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from? Maybe the owners are writing them?

Staff are unfriendly and shockingly under qualified.

Gp's have no care about patients or patients needs.quick easy cash for them. Absolute waste of time and money and would definitely not recommend

Excellent doctors especially Dr Bimal and Dr Manasi. Always kind, polite and very professional. Feel so lucky after very negative experience at a practice in Westfield Plenty Valley. Can't recommend all the staff highly enough.

Absolutely disgusting GP, so awfully rude. An old smoker GP. No compassion & should not work in an industry that requires any form of compassion. Ban her from practice.

Great doctors, two standouts are Dr Bimal and Dr Mansi.

They always take the time to explain the issue and answer all questions.

The only downside is the long waiting times, this seems to suggest that the centre is overbooking the doctors.

The female doctor a total female dog who would have made me very ill with her consult no empathy total lack of care i walked out she should not be a doctor

No bulk billing unless you are a child under 16 years of age, pensioner or have a health care card.
