Fantastic staff members! They will go through the storage room or offer possible options if a style of shoe isn't in your size. They do offer shoe stretching instore if the shoe is a bit narrow for the length. I wish I could have walked out there with a shoe, but time constraints and a popular shoe size did not work in my favor.

For real for real, buyer beware here the camp English guy has no idea about shoes. Loves the sound of his own voice he does. Decent range but not worth being drained by incompetence.

I would 100% recommend the store and the cobbler Adrian. He does excellent work all the shoes I have brought to him for repair and the fees are reasonable as well. I would recommend everyone to bring their shoes to merchant.

Adrian knows a lot about shoes and I really enjoyed listening to him; he literally walked me through the whole detailed process of making buffalo leather boots and that something I will remember for a very long time. Been buying shoes from here for sometime now. Great quality and you can find style that matches all the occasion and different trends. They wont bombard you with thousands of choice. But the once provided are the best. The prices are reasonable and service is great. (if there are no other customers)

Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a shoe store in a very long time! I was served by Helen at Chadstone store who was very friendly helpful and honest. I was shocked when she checked the shoe fit my feet correctly. They just don’t do this anymore. In most shoe shops the shoes and simply given to you and the saleperson walks off! I even tried on a pair that weren’t the most flattering and Helen was quick to point out that they were not the right shape for my foot. She could easily have said nothing and made another sale but she was honest and I appreciated it. Her customer service is outstanding. The shoes are amazing! I love the sneakers I bought so comfortable and they look great. Will definitely be a regular customer

Bought myself some boots here today, lovely range of shoes and seem really nice quality compared to a lot of the other shops I looked at. However it’s the staff that really make this shop, beautiful people, so helpful and knowledgeable and just such a pleasure to talk to.
