Mercedes-Benz Brighton

Last week I collected my new car from Mercedes Benz Brighton, which had been sold to me by Janine Swiety. I had a fantastic sales experience with Janine. She was attentive, thorough, and engaging. She sought to understand my needs and appropriately pitched the right level of additional features for the car, without making me feel under any pressure. She was flexible with the delivery schedule and her time (initially she even offered to stay back after work to enable me to collect the car when it suited me), and thoughtful of my requirements. All in all, an excellent experience that I would recommend to any of my friends, family or colleagues.

I’ve been a long term customer of Mercedes Brighton. I mainly deal with Vivien Lee and Simon Chen. No requirements are too big for Vivien or Simon. They always ensure the car suits my specific needs. My past purchases have been very easy and straight forward. I called them and they did all the hard work. It’s made buying a car easier than buying a pair of shoes:).

We had dealings with Vivien Lee just over a year ago while buying a MB GLA250. Vivien is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She shone during all phases of making decision on buying, negotiations and sealing the deal. JANINE did a fantastic handover going through all features and benefits of the car, not rushing and followed up with me.
