We bought GLE 300d in june 2023 and went 3 times with different faults within 3 months- which created a lot of stress and time consuming. Very disappointed with the service. Went all the way from Cranbourne to Brighton for emergency diagnostics and requested for loan car. I literally beg with a genuine reason because of my little baby. Straight away refusal given by Mercedes for giving me a loan car. Very disappointing.

My last visit was the second time getting my car serviced and it was such a great experience. From my fantastic service advisor Adam Klein to Joe who dropped me home and picked me up again, the whole thing was first class. The car is running great and was given a wash so it looked great too. I couldn't be happier with my visit to MB Brighton and the quality of the experience. My partner is getting her parents car serviced there today and is equally impressed

We have few company vehicles going to this place for many years. Always had best experience with Daniel. This time unfortunately delt with brad the new service manager.what a shame on company, who hires such a dumb as he doesn't have any clue what's going on with my.car went to dealership for service and battery issue.he said to me just drive for 1 hour and will resolve.it's been 1 week and issue is still present.went to local workshop and battery failed in the test. I feel like delt with stupid person, who doesn't know how to deal with customer and no knowledge of car.they would have resolve this in 1st attempt. They have Spoiled my entire day without result.
I recently had some technical issues with my vehicle that required some extensive service on my car. I would like to personally commend the professional manner in which the service consultant Amit Sardhara handled the whole matter from start to finish. His knowledge of inner working of the vehicle and the type of work being done to ensure that I have a fully serviced and safe vehicle to drive was amazing. He not only kept me fully informed but was amazed by the level of customer service that was provided by him. It was a real pleasure dealing with staff of such caliber in your organization.
We were looked after by Amit Sardhara AMG Service Advisor. His knowledge of the product in this case a C43 left us gobsmacked, even though we have had many luxury performance vehicles over the years. There was nothing Amit could not answer. He was so mannerful, polite and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Post covid, this type of service has been non existent, so we are thrilled to have found a person that still has these values. Mercedes Brighton you should have Amit train all your new staff (and some of the old ones too) so he can instil in them the worth of owning a Mercedes Brand Vehicle.
One of the services that Mercedes Brighton offers is a drop off/pick up and the gentleman that we were assigned was Joe, oh my goodness another wonderful person, indeed. So polite and helpful. To find two staff members in the same company on the same day is like winning the lottery. We do hope management appreciates the gems they have in these two persons.

We keep going back to the same dealer ship because of the attention to detail support they have offered me with the new cars. Every Time i have been to the Brighton Mercedes a sales person has come to us very quickly with warm greetings and with offer to how can we be helped. This time around for my purchase of CLA 200, I had 2 different sales person help me out with purchase with great expertise and customer support for very enjoyable purchase. Dodgy and charged me way above the actual valued price.
I bought a new Marco Polo activity in august 22. For professional reason, i have to sell it, and they not only did not show any interested in taking it back but i found out i paid $29k plus over the actual price of the car. And now i am receiving offers $30k less than what i bought less than a year ago. (Normal since i overpaid)
I know you lose some when buying new, but seriously $35k difference on the offer i got today. Shame on you Mercedes Brighton. And the worst is if i sell the car more than the real value of it i will have to pay luxury tax again on top.because i paid too much in the first place.what a joke.
Picked up the car after 9 months from ordering. Long wait, but happy with the car. Amanda Reid from the delivery team had been helpful to assist when there are staff turnaround happened.
Quite disappointed with Mercedes Brighton. Would not recommend visiting if you are there to inspect cars in person. Made a phone call and informed them that i was interested in looking at a few cars and that i was not planning on making a purchase any time soon as i would like to get an idea on which car is best for me before proceeding to buy one which they told me i’m more than welcome to come and have a look. As soon as i arrived there, Chris who was a sales person assisted me but the moment i told him that I was only interested in looking at a particular car and not purchasing anytime soon, he didn’t bother to assist me as much. I wanted to have a look at one of the cars and asked to see the interior however he didn’t want to get the keys for me. Extremely disappointed with the way sales people deal with customers.
You need a lot of time and patience when calling SERVICE department

Would give 0 if possible. Customer service and accountability do not exist here. For as reputable as you think a luxury car brand like mercedes should be, Brighton MB does not uphold that reputation. In the past 2 years they've been through 3 lots of "consultants". That tells you all you need to know. Do yourself a favour and steer clear. They're not worth your time or money.
