Mentor Education

ABsolutely no phone service, no follow up support, takes forever to mark the assignments. Just a monkey service, cheap deal. Doesn't look after the corporate clients at all either. Very poor and should not be a registered training organisation.

So unprofessional. They came back after 3 months of submitting responses. Every week I’ve been sending follow up email. This is the worst online course provider. Their comments don’t make sense.

I enroled in certificate 4 in Accounting and I contact them for assighnment help and they didn't helped me I even don't know who is my trainer. I totally put my money in trash. I would not recommmond this institition to anybody. If you contact them tell me which assighnment then we'll send it to the trainer? What is this? Student coudn't contact direct I think they don't hv trainer. This type of institute should be closed.

I would highly recommend not to enrol, I have enrolled in Diploma of Mortgage And Finance Broking Course, it was mentioned this is an online course so I was thinking this is user friendly to study online, but truth to be told this is way outdated for online studies and their assessments does not fit into online studies, I have given up on my money. Please join if you have bucket load of money and lots and lots of time to waste.

I am a current Mentor Education’s student. I would like to share my experience with this amazing people at Mentor Education. Everyone is always available on supporting my study journey, the trainer Cyril and Student Services in particular are there for me always and ready to answer to all my questions timely and professionally. The online learning is being going very well for me.

Very unhappy with the terrible online systems they use. They call it "technical issues" For an online school you think they could get the online part right. Taken two months to get an assignment marked as they lost the one i submitted. Im locked in to the course now.if i were you, look elsewhere.

Worse course ever undertaken, training material unfinished and clearly never been reviewed. Assignments questions unclear and not related to the subject materials provided, they also have unrealistic expectations that you would not find in any other course at this level
It also took over 6 months for assignments to be marked, which is just not good enough.

I completed my Diploma of Financial planning with Mentor and had the best experience. The whole team from the course coordinator to the tutor and support was excellent. They were informative and guided me all the way and made my journey of learning and completing the course fantastic. Thank you Mentor team. Highly recommend.

I recently completed my Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management through Mentor Education and the overall experience was fantastic!

I had to unfortunately seek an extension in my studies due to the pandemic and the process in doing that was made so simple and straight forward by Erica. She owned my request from start to finish and ensured that I was kept up to date right up till she was able to confirm that the extension was granted.

I also spoken with Duminda on a few occasions who was the Trainer/Assessor of my Diploma and he also provided the best guidance that I could have asked for. He took the time to explain certain parts of the modules that I could not wrap my head around and ensured that I was confident in attacking the module before letting me go. When the time for Assessment came, Duminda understood the urgency of me receiving my marks and spent his evenings and weekends, grading my Diploma, which I cannot thank him enough for.

Overall, my experience from first reaching out to Mentor Education to receiving my Diploma has been 10/10 and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an education provider who offers the course you are looking for. You will not be disappointed.

Spam callers. Not sure how they got my details. Probably illegally. Might be phishers but I didn't listen long enough to find out

I strongly recommend Mentor Education. I undertook a Diploma of Leadership and Management and, having worked in the VET space, I wanted to be challenged and work for it - that's precisely the experience I got. It was great to be able to validate existing skills and knowledge as well as learn new ones - win-win for me! The level of interaction from the customer service staff to the lecturers was quick and timely. Strongly recommend.

Do not do a course with Mentor Education,
Your assignments will not be marked until you make ample complaints for months. The course content is old, gramatically incorrect, and all around incompetent and not up to standard, spend your money smarter elsewhere. There is no support with this business once they upsell you add ons, half the links in the course are expired also, and half the course content in these documents you can find copy pasted of a webpage.

The assignment content doesnt even use the same language or understanding as the course content and is that poorly written that there are multiple facebook groups jsut dedicated to deciphering them, and unless you purchase the tutorials you will not get all the information you need for them.
The tutorials are terrible, and also i no longer receive notifaction as to whether they are running since i made a complaint to the company.

I have been asking for 2 months for contact, noboy got back to me,
But they responded to my low review on trust pilot within 24 hours - onyl with something pretending im having issues, and they have no idea who i am despite uploading all the documentation with my student information on it.

Diploma of Leadership and Management-BSB51918- under Mentor Education. Completed by Diploma 2020 in 9 months for my Business here in South Australia (March to December 2020). Can highly recommend Mentor Education to further your career or your current/new business. Never studied from my home/ office have always been a class room student. Looking at my next Diploma under Mentor Education. Thank you for their support during my study in a challenging 2020. All the best and hope 2021 has been kind to everyone so far.

Jasma is a great asset to Mentor education and she has handled my enquiry with prompt and with a greater degree of customer service. Her ability to handle request and providing the right direction was a stand put for me.
Coming to Mentor Education, its where one can go without thinking twice for all their educational uplifts and training. At Mentor, you can get one on one attention with great and qualified Mentors like Miler and Duminda. For me it was a breeze to get in touch with these Mentors and clarify any doubts with my course. Miler was very patient with me and explained things in simple and yet meaningful ways which enabled me to complete my course successfully.

I strongly recommend Mentor Education to all my friends and family.

It’s pretty poor quality. Made me wonder if it’s a scam. They are very quick to try take your money but don’t respond when you need help.
I started the cert IV Accounting and Bookkeeping because it said no prerequisites. I figured I could actually learn accounting and bookkeeping! Sadly no, it’s tailored to people already working as a bookkeeper but want a formal qualification but they don’t tell you that. I couldn’t even complete the first assignment because I would have to know what a normal day as a bookkeeper would be in order to complete the assignment.
No help on this and it’s been days, trying to get refund because of false advertising. Still haven’t heard back. Don’t waste your time or money with these scammers!

Extremely slow in replying, even though their increased workload is well being considered in my review.
Studying an Advanced Diploma of Accounting, I was expecting more professionalism, especially in their study content provided. Grammar mistakes, old data, links that have expired or missing information in examples, seem to be a regular occurrence (I have found mistakes in EVERY single unit).

Have completed 3 qualifications with Mentor Education - all were streamlined and thorough. The application process is easy and staff are always willing to help with any administrative tasks required. Similarly the assessors (Julian Hayes in particular) are very knowledgeable and willing to help & chat about the topics/assessment.

All in all I would recommend Mentor to anyone who listens, especially when considering a springboard option into further tertiary studies.

Very enjoyed the journey with Mentor Education and felt very supported. Excellent service, highly recommended!
