Mark is a wonderful person to assist with the issue I have had with Mentor education for over 12 Months.
Finally, the hardcopy certificate I received was a piece of Cardboard printed out by a colour printer (UNPROFESSIONAL) and looked UGLY and CHEAP-CHEAP
Please keep in mind anyone who is doing their course with this provider.

Terrible. Getting no replies. Trying to get refunded due to financial situations and they are now ignoring my emails.
Find another course provider.

I enrolled last year and had multiple issues with the learning portal. I contacted Mentor education quite a few times and received responses so at least, they were quick to fix the portal issues. Submitted ALL my modules and assessments only to find that now, the modules have been marked as "not yet started". Since then, I have heard NOTHING. No response to emails or any other communication. Hours, weeks and months of work for NOTHING - all I want is my work assessed and my certificate of completion. This is not an educational place and should be shut down.

It was a good experience to learn Payroll with mentor education. I am very happy with Dr Mark's seamless support. He helped me a lot to finish my modules with mentor education. He is an asset to Mentor education. Thank you so much.

I have had no reply from anyone and have emailed and tried to call and nothing. They refuse to tell me why all of a sudden I have a module that needs to be redone - only after I completed my course did it magically appear. I completed my course in September 2022 and I have received my certificate of completion yet and I get stone walled at every level. I would not recommend Mentor Education to anyone and this has left me with feeling like that so not care and would rather string you along to get more money out of you. They would rather ignore you than give you your certificate and they haven’t marked half my work even though I have emailed and called.

This organisation needs to be shut down. They are a pack of fraudsters and liars. Signed up 27 Jan, didn't hear anything. Contacted 3 Feb and demanded a refund. Was told my refund had been approved. I was never enrolled and never a student. Didnt hear anything further - contacted 13 Feb and asked where my refund was - was told it will be processed 3 March - one full month to process an enrolment. That in itself should tell you how completely crooked and incompetent this RTO is. Kept emailing and advising them that I was not a student and to return my money. Emailed and called, no responses. So it is 17 Feb and according to this pack of fraudsters I have to wait two weeks more to get money back that they are not legally entitled to keep.
So please whatever you do, never use this organisation.

Hi strongly don't recommend any one to enrol with this RTO. I had enrolled in a course and submitted my assessment for the first unit almost 6 months no one marked it and just waste of time and money it's the worst experience I had in last 15 year of my learning journey in Australia they give excuses saying no trainer to mark the assessment on time but not 6 months and no proper response as well. Just they will ask to send email and problems are fixed but no actions are taken.

Still can't believe the response we are getting so if we are not students of Mentor Education then whom did we pay and started studying with check the students data base and send us an email
First off all no answers or reply from Mentor education and send lot of emails no use.
Don't pay seeing the price of course is affordable.
It's no use and no feedback or response for phone calls and emails.

Mentor Education failed to mark my assignments, failed to respond to numerous emails and calls over a three month period. After complaining about their service I was offered a partial refund due to admin fees. However, they never marked any of my submitted assignments. I submitted the paperwork for a refund months ago and are still awaiting the refund. I messaged them a month ago for an update and still no one responded. I am leaving a comment here to stop other students getting stuck with trainers who don't mark your work or respond to emails or calls.

I am an ex student and still waiting for response from provider. Not good enough to wait so long especially since the standards of studying and opening some studying materials and not being able to open most of the files are not up to scratch.

I have just completed the Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking in about 5 months and I wanted to complete the course first before writing a review.

This has been one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with any organisation, of any sort:

1. Total lack of support from student services who rarely answered the phone or queries, Steven Crouch included.
2. Coursework materials and questions are either out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or just don't make sense.
3. Assessments take an age to get marked.
4. Course units took an unusually long time to get loaded onto the portal.
5. I had to constantly complain to the Principal, Mark Sinclair to get anything done (almost daily phone calls).

The only positive experience I had was with Miler who seemed to be a hardworking assessor and he genuinely helped me out.

Mentor Education, please put your students first and get your act together. Your service is a straight-up rort.

First week in and I’m seeing the cracks. Ask a question, person on the phone didn’t know the answer so was told my trainer will call me back. I called the next day and was advised I have the next available meeting in 6 days time.
The course assessment is predominately role play / group work which being 100% online doesn’t make sense.
Read their refund policy first. They steal half your money (before you even start the course material).
Total waste of time. I wish I saw these reviews otherwise I wouldn’t have signed up.

Money machine, don't care about students. Had a tutor with strong accent couldn't understand, poor instructions for material download that failed, tried to cancel/refund and get no assistance, find another means to do your course!

If you decide to go with company (not recommended), I hope you have a better experience than I did.
Great when you're signing up but once you've paid the service drops off a cliff.
Lack of support. Nearly impossible to get anyone to respond to requests. Say they're going to do something and then do nothing.
Hop tip: don't pay upfront. Pay in instalments so that you can get out cheap if it goes pear shaped.
Good luck, you'll need it.

This place has been simply put, shocking over the past year I have used them. They don't mark your work, don't communicate, don't answer complaints. When you speak to them on the phone you get brushed off with covid excuses. Disappointed to say the least as it looked so promising.

Disgusting full of liars college. Wrote a review on trustpilot but flagged it because I told people the truth of what I receive from this scammer college. If you did nothing wrong, why flagging my review TOO OBVIOUS. Have reported this scammer to ASQA AND CONSUMER AFFAIR to get my refund. Let's see who'll win, SCAMMER!

P. S Oh don't worry I have proves of everything I say. You do not give my rights as a student, I won't stop until you give back my right.
