Huge shout out to customer service by Angelo and Jen at Mens Suit Warehouse. Bought some gorgeous argyle socks online but stocks ran out after my order. Almost immediately Angelo contacted to let me know and offer me either a refund or credit. I will be buying more socks! Great example of fair trading and courtesy.

Angelo, is a Godsend. He opened his store for me last minute so I could measure up and collect my suit for a funeral. Absolute legend. Thanks team!

Overall we had a good experience with Men’s Suit Warehouse - Angelo at the abbotsford store was great with helping put together some great suits for our Wedding Day! The guys looked great on the day and there is a really good range of options at the store!

Great presales support, but once the suits were purchased lots of communication issues, delays, etc.had to constantly phone up to see where my suits were after being promised wrong dates.

Came in a group of 4 guys to get suits for a wedding on short notice, staff were very helpful and patient! Would consider coming again in the future:)

Bought a Boston suit recently, and was given a wrong size, went to my local tailor and was told the suit was too small to start of with. Went back to the store to ask for a refund but the salesman who don’t even remember serving me just 3 days ago say no refund policy. Salesman was very pushy to say that alterations can be done and that almost everyone of his customer has had their suits altered in the waist. Not a happy customer and would not recommend coming here.

Great experience buying our wedding party's suits from MSW. Angelo was very attentive and helpful through the initial process, as was the rest of the team through subsequent visits.

He helped to find the exact suits I needed. All the groomsmen were interstate or overseas so we purchased off measurements. This was a worry, but all ended up fitting perfectly.

They even honoured a previous sale deal that we had seen online, but had become obsolete. I would recommend them for great service, range, and an excellent price.

What an awesome refit. I purchased a suit off these guys and won my last job interview. Now 2 years later will be back again after walking last new look shop. Looks awesome

Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable guy help me with my suit for my wedding. First place I went to get fitted and no need to go anywhere else as it was exceptional.
