Came here yesterday with my grooms party after a disappointing experience with another establishment. Jordan helped us out and was nothing short of spectacular. He listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to up sell us or tell us what choices to make. While also giving great advice and tips to 5 tradesmen that had next to no idea what we were doing when it came to how a suit should fit/feel. His patience wasn’t lost on us and it made the whole experience fun and stress free. Would highly recommend coming here for you wedding suits and that’s without mentioning the affordable pricing and bulk purchase discounts. I’d rate this place 10/5 if I could.

MOST staff are helpful, but some in there need an ego check and take away this macho attitude when serving customers. No mention of no return policy, and started blaming customers instead of explaining error. CAREFUL when purchasing.

The guys have been really helpful with what I needed straight away, had no issues at all, great people to deal with. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Waited a long time for service. Rude staff. Was never told we couldn't get a refund on item that wasn't right. Would go again!

Went to men’s suit warehouse in abbotsford for our wedding couldn’t be happier the team there are friendly help in any way possible and made us all look fantastic couldn’t be happier been back numerous times now to buy other clothes shoes ect highly recommend

I generally hate shopping but I really enjoyed the experience. I’d recommend it to anyone, particularly if you’re not a fan of clothes shopping.

Great service from Jim. Excellent selection of quality suits at great prices, as well as accessories such as shirts and ties which Jim also assisted in the selection of. Alteration service as well with quick turnaround! Overall a great experience!

No high pressure sales but extremely helpful staff. They carry a great range of suits and jackets with all necessay accesories (shirts, ties, shoes, belts etc), at a very competitive price. Extremely pleased with my purchases for our daughter's Wedding and highly commend Mens Suit Warehouse.

Worst customer service experience.

The store seemed disorganised. It took them far too long to find our suit details each time we went in for pickup, alterations and other fittings etc.

When I got my suit fitted, they seemed less interested in how I wanted to suit to fit, than what they thought it should look like. When I said that the suit didn’t fit well after the first time they altered it, they said it would “cost again” to have it altered further, even though they didn’t pin me the way I asked the first time.

Seemed like everything was just a $ figure to them, but that they didn’t actually want to spend any time helping our bridal party get the best fit.

Shirts that we ordered were cuffed and they gave us buttons, and when we let them know they said “it’s the same price”

All in all, wouldn’t come back here.

Unacceptably slow to ship. I spent $300+ in one order and not only did they ignore my request for shipping information, they took more than two weeks to post it. I've bought 2 suits and a shirt from them prior but I doubt I will again.

Currently getting my wedding suit and groomsman suits here and could not be happier. A huge shout out to Kosta & Jimmy. You both have mae the whole experience, comfortable, memorable and personalised. You put my mind at ease, took the time to help us all and showed a genuine real interest. You are both an asset to the company and would highly recommend and come back in the future purely based on your service. Great choice of suits and accessories at a really reasonable price. Excellent service and advice together with rapid, quality alterations means it’s my go to place.
