Melrose Airport Parking

We have used Melrose Parking for many, many years. Tonight we had the best driver yet, it was so quick and efficient. He even loaded our cases into our car. We cannot recommend them enough. We also had an excellent driver take us out to the airport as well. Thank you for your seamless, friendly service.

Very near to airport, got good deal from groupon. Airport shuttle is almost immediately due to close distance. Highly recommended

Friendly staff, great rates and prompt drop off and pick up. I arrived back to a sparkling clean car inside and out thanks to their cleaning service. I will definitely be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Picked up my car from here after a month away today. Fantastic customer service, super efficient/fast shuttle to and from the airport and all for a great price. Car was waiting for us at reception when we returned! Very happy customer! Thanks so much will 100% use again next time we go overseas

I have used Melrose airport parking to park my car on many occasions for long and short stays. Staff are always friendly and courteous. My car is well looked after and the price is the price is good.

We have been using Melrose for years. Not anymore. Long waiting times and very impersonal service. They obviously don’t need return customers.

Left our car here over this weekend - have been using this place for over 10 years with no problems but was greeted or should I say grunted by the reception lady simply with ‘ you’re late’. Thanks for that. Then in return today she was just as rude as I paid. Spoke to me like I am stupid, but news flash lady - I ain’t the one working in a car park facility. Will never be back

Fantastic! Our flight was severely delayed and didn't get back to Melbourne until 1: 30AM. As I had contacted them, a staff member remained on duty for us to collect our car and get home safely. Fabulous service.

Tried a few places.but you can trust these people with your car.others we've tried our car has had damages.scratches etc.

I fly weekly and have parked at Melrose for 15 years, their service and rates can not be beaten.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. We left our brand new (4 week old) car with Melrose for 2 nights. When we picked it up there was damage to the rear bumper.
Our car now has two, small, semi-circular indentations. They are spaced about the distance of number plate screws. We believe whoever drove our car (we're told it was 'the manager', Andrew) has slowly backed it into another vehicle. Not fast enough to cause damage anywhere except where the other vehicle's number plate screws would have been situated. Our car has a reverse camera, so I'm guessing he wasn't paying attention. (It is also possible that they slowly drove another vehicle into the rear of our parked vehicle.)
We have spoken with them and they deny any wrong doing. They've sent 'proof' in the form of the most blurred video footage I've ever tried to watch. I can't even make out our car in the footage.
These people are dishonest and 'dodgy'. The driver who took us to the airport needs training regarding what is appropriate conversation with clients. His comments were, at best, borderline racist.
We're now left with a brand new car with a damage bill we will have to cover unless our insurance company will hound them.
Be very, very careful about choosing an airport parking service.

We have been leaving our car with Melrose Parking for years now when travelling and are always happy with the service.
One trip I had to go with another company as it was outside their business hours and the service just didn't compare.

The girl there can be a bit snooty, but all the guys are always lovely.
Personalised, old fashioned service that is so rare these days. I always recommend these guys to anyone travelling. You just give them a quick call with your flight dates and approx times and turn up. They make is so easy and stress free!

These guys were faultless, helping us scramble to get ready for our long haul flight.
