Melrose Airport Parking has always been reliable and organised. We have been using this company for so many years and continue to be amazing. Their customer service is next level! So much so that they found our sons lost bunny outside of the airport and sent it back to us. I was so impressed and cannot thank you enough!

Safe place to leave your car while on holidays. They take you to the airport with your luggage. When you arrive back at the airport after your holiday ring them to be picked up. There is a few hours in the very early hours of the morning they are closed. Ask them when booking.
Where else would you go. Efficient and friendly staff. Prompt check-in service and value for money with leaving my car here.
This the best parking spot close to the Melbourne airport that I every experienced. Very good rate for undercover car parking, I recommend, because is competitive price and your car will safe indoor, away from sunny and rainy day.

As we drove down Melrose Drive to pick up my partners car, the tyre blew out in our campervan. There was no street parking, so for safety of the repair team, we pulled into the car park yard. We’d called 30 minutes earlier to let them know we were coming and were met with a passive agressive receptionist, who spoke to me with contempt when I said we were 30 minutes away. She scoffed and said try and call back when you’re 5 minutes away and hung up. I called back 5 minutes from the carpark and a man answered and he thanked me for calling back, which I thought he was a breath of fresh air compared to the female receptionist.
On arrival we didn’t plan on having a blown out tyre and as I asked my partner if they were ok if we parked there until roadside assistance arrived and he said “good luck, it’s the same lady from the phone! ”
I arranged for assistance and went in to update the lady, as I walked in, she looked at me with psychotic eyes, l politely asked if I may use the toilet and she she pointed at the door and said “there”
I thought, ok we all have bad days, perhaps I’ll strike some conversation on my way out to break the ice whilst we waited for assistance.
I asked a simple question, “So what do you guys do during the day? ” As I wasn’t aware they did airport transport as well, as we’d been in a campervan for 2 weeks.
She scoffed at me and said “what do you mean? ” That’s when I said to her, “I’m sorry but we are paying customers and I find you extremely abrasive for no reason, I’m asking a question, as I’m not aware what you do”
I walked outside and said to my partner what had happened and basically said the receptionist was a complete b****h.
The guy for our tyre arrived and was lovely, nothing to do with this business, we dropped off our van at Let’s Go and again the guy was lovely. I have worked in customer service my entire life and peoples holidays begin and end with carparks like this, having a rude, contemptuous and arrogant receptionist would do so much damage to a business like this, not only for customers but staff morale.
We won’t be back and after hearing they get you to turn off any camera on your vehicle, and reading the reviews, we can see they are not accountable. Parking at Melbourne airport parking you’d never have to deal with this level of ignorance.
It is 12.30am and have to sit at the airport for the next 3.5 hour waiting for them to open. Never again!
They called me yesterday to confirm my booking with them and collected more details about my return flight number and time and everything looked good. However, this morning they called again to Cancel booking 1 week before my flight on December 24. They mentioned something about accident or electricity as reason but I definitely don't believe them.with no options given at all. Extremely rude and unprofessional
We only use Melrose Airport Parking for all our airport parking needs - whether it's a quick weekend domestic trip or a longer term international trip.
Our driver most recently, Michael, has got to be the most hilarious we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We were in stitches both to and from the airport, even though our trip from the airport back to Melrose was at 1: 30 in the morning. What started off as a tiring, frustrating day with delays and cancelled flights, ended with a great ride back to Melrose by Michael.
The man's a superstar and I hope he sees this review, he really knows how to do it in this business.

I cannot recommend Melrose enough! Absolutely fabulous service each and every visit. From the friendly and trustworthy staff to the quick transfer to the airport, I wouldn’t leave my car anywhere else. I have tried a few airport car parks and none can compare.
I book for INDOOR car park for 5 weeks for holiday. I got my car back and i found out that the glue part of the mobile phone holder was all melted.
Unsure how indoor parking caused this? When the average melbourne weather temperature was about 25 degree?
I have asked melrose and the person answered there was no out door parking at all and my car always been in indoor.

Met our expectations for service and price. Easy, convenient and efficient. Melrose parking took the stress out of airport arrivals and vehicle security. When we had to return early due to an emergency our account was adjusted accordingly.
Excellent customer service. We forgot a bag at their reception and the staff helped us with the drop off within minutes through their next shuttle (based on the other reviews and our friends experience as well, it appears a lot of people do forget stuff in the car or at the parking for some reason: -/). Upon our return, we had flight delays. The staff helped us much beyond the advertised hours to remain accessible and didnt rush us at all. This was a big relief for a drained out family also consisting of a charged up toddler ;-).
Keeping the ongoing flight delays in perspective, it would be ideal for the business to be operational/accessible 24*7. Within what was advertised by the business, I could not have asked for more. Highly recommended!
No better way to sort you car when going away, I use Melrose when heading away for work and holidays, the car cleaning service is also great and ver affordable

Drop off was great. Pick up we were greeted with the lady telling us off because she has to wait. We literally called 3 mins prior to seeing the bus waiting. She said she can’t wait more than 5 mins. We said we just called and then she proceeded to argue with us and said that’s not true. We offered to show her our phone to prove the time of call. Completely wrecked my relaxed vibe within minutes of getting into Melbourne. I appreciate they are in a hurry but being told off for something that was untrue and spoken to like children was unacceptable. If I ever spoke to one of my customers like that, I wouldn’t be in business for very long. Disappointing when the first part of the experience with them was great.
Such a lovely place to hold our car. We were straight onto a bus to catch our flight and on return just a call up and with in 6 mins a bus was in front of us to take back to our car. Such an easy process with children and staff were amazing. Well defiantly use you again.
Bought a Groupon- up to 8days of UNDERCOVER airport parking. So, tried to make a reservation via Groupon but it was not pushing through. Called Melrose Parking, explained I purchased via Groupon blah blah, he then asked when we are leaving and when are we coming back and that “reservation is all good mate. ” So off we go, asked me to sign a receipt, left our car and to call them when we get back from our trip.
When we got back, the staff was saying we have to pay in full despite me saying that I paid via groupon and explaining the whole ordeal.that I made the reservation via phone and the person I talked to said everything was “all good”. I was even showing them the voucher and was asking them to just use it as I don’t have another trip coming up, what was I gonna do with the voucher!? He was like “not my problem, you booked via third party, just ask for a refund” Very unprofessional to say the least. What was the point of them selling via third party when they won’t honour it! Wouldn’t have known about them if not for groupon. And by the way, the advertisement is for UNDERCOVER parking. Our car WAS NOT parked undercover, it had rain spots in it!
