I recently bought a snipper, cord and some 2 stroke oil from Red Shed Mitcham. I was served by Shane and I can only say great things about my entire experience. Shane in particular made me feel like a valued customer. He was not only knowledgeable and answered every question but he willingly let me start up the snipper for to listen prior to buying where many other stores won’t. Due to this fantastic experience and customer service, I will continue to use this store for my futures gardening needs - thank you!

Yesterday picked a Honda generator after spending a far bit of time with Shane over a few visits asking questions and deciding between models. Love the fact you get genuine customer service and the product knowledge to back it up. As it turns out the price was the best I could find also. Unlike buying from bcf or similar before leaving it was taken from its box, filled with fuel and oil then tested. Lastly I was given a run through on its opporation. Finally it's tips like using fuel stabilizer (that they threw in) if the fuel will sit in the unit for over 30 days that I would have never known that will ensure the generator gives me years of life. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks.

I can't thank Shane, Scott and the rest of the team enough for their swift knowledgeable service. Since switching to this store from another Husqvarna dealer I have saved countless amounts of time waiting in store and waiting on getting equipment back from a service. In turn has enabled me to continue working without a hitch.

My Kaaz brush cutter, with a Mitsubishi TL43 motor split its primer bulb. Being as old as it is, spares for this model are no longer available, through repair agents and even, heaven forbid, e-bay.
By taking the carburettor in, the team at The Red Shed were able to find some suitable sized off branded parts that resurrected the old girl.
Friendly service and willing to put time and effort into a very small sale. $12 in total, after buying a replacement fuel line as well.
When investing in tools that are designed to last you years, a dealer who has the knowledge, willingness and ability to help and the spares on hand all make for a good purchasing experience.

I cannot thank Shane enough for his service yesterday. He assisted me with my brand new chainsaw and even started it up in the shop for me. He helped with a chainsaw box, chain oil, ear protection and fuel. Great old fashiined service. Friendly assistance. Can't ask for any more.
