From our initial consultation with Rocky, to the completed project, Melbourne's Best Verandas have been absolutely professional to deal with.
Our job presented some difficulties along the way. These were unexpected and i'm sure frustrating, but Phil and the team didn't show it.
Phil sourced a good bricklayer to have our wall rebuilt, ensuring a top quality finish. We're very pleased that we trusted Rocky with his initial recommendations, as we feel he was spot on.
The finished product is absolutely top shelf craftsmanship with no cut corners that you might find elsewhere. Phil and team are very neat and tidy as they work and very respectful of your home. Also, the electrician did a very neat and tidy job as well.
Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending the team from MBV and can't thank Phil and the team enough. Very happy customer!

From start to finish of my carport, MBV have been fantastic. From detailing to me what could be achieved in relation to council permitting, and assisting me make the most of the area, right through to the final touches of a super-neat finish. As a customer, I feel lucky to have stumbled across such a dedicated and professional team as this when enhancing my home. We are very impressed with MBV. Professional and respectful they deliver exactly what they promise. Communication is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Our new verandah has vastly improved our home and adds a touch of class to our outdoor living space.

From the initial quoting session with Rocky I could tell that this was the company I wanted to build my veranda. There was great communication and professionalism from Chrystal which kept me up to date with all the information I needed while plans and permits were being worked on in the background. When it came to issues with my local council and water authority not allowing me to build what I wanted, MBV were up for the challenge of fighting for me, and in the end we got a great result! Phil and the team have done an incredible job and I couldn’t recommend them more.

From my recent experience, this company is the most professional in what they do, how they do it, very well organised and most important, with great professional attitude. Each member of the team is responsible for what they are doing, following up when expected, and they do what they promise. It is very rare to find that with the builders, but Phil, Chrystal, Rocky, Michael and Dean trully the best in thier field, they dont forget details and I have really nothing to complain about, which is very unusual with the tradesman:) They could do some extra in plumbing part that other competitors did not want to touch and I really appreciate the extra mile they went. You will be safe to hire MBV for your project!

Dealing with MBV has been hands down the best experience we have ever had with a builder. From the first phone conversation, to the initial visit with the designer Rocky, to the consultation with the builder Phil, we felt we could trust this business to deliver exactly what we wanted.
We were kept informed by the office at every stage and never left in the dark about progress. At the end of a fairly complex and multistage build we ended up with something that has far exceeded our expectations, and which we will enjoy for years to come.

Great experience with the team at MBV. From the start they kept us up to date, even through all the frustrating council delays and when there were no updates they still checked in with us.
