53I have been doing Pilates personal training with Tahlia for over four months now. I find her balanced approach to health and fitness resonates well with me. She has been very patient with me and always give me the encouragement when my legs turning to jelly. The trainers at MYP do not believe in deprivation. I have also improved my cardio a lot. I would definitely recommend MYP for anyone wanting to get started with their fitness journey. <3
I started doing exercise classes with MYP at my office. We often hold corporate classes for all of our staff. I found that the classes were not intimidating and I got a really great workout. This inspired me to go to the studio and sign up for a PT contract with them. Tahlia and Harley are helping me to reach my goals. I am already seeing results and credit this to the combination of cardio, weights and Pilates.
I’ve been going to Melbourne Yoga and Pilates for the last 3 years, attending both private and group sessions with a number of the excellent specialist trainers there, after a recommendation from my remedial therapist to manage my back issues, running injuries and other fitness needs.
My back has improved immensely, my running times have improved and it’s a great, fun environment after a long day at work. I’m going more often than ever, love their work!
I saw Wynter many years ago when I used to race Triathlons, so when I injured myself, could hardly walk and was looking down the barrel of back surgery she was the first person I thought of. Even with her conservative approach to ensure I wasn't in pain and didn't relapse, she had me functioning normally again inside two months!
I've only been with Harley for a short time but already I'm feeling stronger and more mobile than I have in years. Harley definitely knows his stuff and I really appreciate his genuine interest and extra effort he's put in to research my condition so he knows exactly how to help me.
I have suffered lower back and shoulder pain for many years due to my desk job, after a couple of sessions with Tahlia and Wynter I am now completely pain free. This has been life changing for me.
I now do sessions 2-3 times a week, have spartan abs and no pain. Thank you Tahlia and Wynter for putting so much energy and care into my recovery.

This studio is amazing, I do yoga classes and PT. Teachers have always been supportive and encouraging. I wont go anywhere else:)

As a male who had never done Pilates before I was a little unsure, but after a friend brought me a long I was surprised about how awesome it was and what a good workout it is! I attended a class with Wynter and she was a great teacher and really put me through my paces. She was a great teacher and really took the time to show me how to do all the different exercises properly, as well being super nice and great to chat to! Will definitely be back!

I enjoy going to a range of classes (yoga, barre, pilates) and am there just about every day. A very supportive and encouraging environment where your practice can grow.
I really love attending the power pilates classes as it has pushed me to achieve things I never thought would be possible and I feel more confident and stronger because of it.

Love it. New to yoga and loving the challenge. Great teachers who take the time to get to know you, your strengths and weaknesses and how to help you build and progress. A really comfortable, down to earth environment which is ideal for those who may be nervous or self conscious when first starting out. But rest assured, whether Yoga, Pilates or Barre, at any level you will get a good work out!
Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a serious fitness practise. I started my journey being completely clueless on yoga. The team of instructors are very dedicated and knowledgeable. They are able to provide different modifications to suit my needs in the different phases of my journey. I’ve recommended my friends to this studio and they all are impressed with what the studio can offer. There’s definitely something for everyone!
