Jason and his team were exceptional. Fantastic communication and turned up when he said he would. We were also impressed with Jason’s follow up a week later to see if everything was ok. Don’t waste your time researching any other company, lock in Jason straight away

I was happy with how Jason answered the phone and greeted me. But this was all to change when the job was partially completed. I was quoted $980 to mount 2 TVs but I was charged less by others. When I saw the reviews I was like I may as well go with this company. He told me that I’ll be offered 10 years warranty but that’s all lies. 4 technicians came to do the job because apparently 2 were training. They came in and greeted me and I was happy but that was all to change. I requested that the 2 qualified technicians to do the job and they did. However, when they were mounting the tv on top of the fire place, they started drilling unnecessary holes and I confronted them about it and they said it was all okay. An hour goes by and I come back to see big holes in the wall and the technician holding silicon and siliconing away at the wall and putting the bracket on the wall. They damaged my wall by drilling so many holes and they left a mess then when the job was finished. They told me the price was gonna be $1,200 after Jason quoted me $980 so I tried to call Jason and he wasn’t answering his phone and it was really frustrating. However, only the other tv was okay. Even then I got another company to check it out. Jason was unprofessional and he doesn’t know how to run a business. His got a bunch of clowns working on people’s houses. I think his reviews are selected customers and I’m pretty sure there are other customers who have had a bad experience and I hope they do speak up. He wouldn’t even give me an invoice and wouldn’t pick up and he even blocked my number and I’m a single mother. Absolutely DISGUSTING! Just a shame. I have a company plastering the wall right now which I paid $200 for and they mounted the tv for me for free because they felt bad. I hope other customers speak up because this was disgusting. If I can give 0 stars I would.

Jason returned my call not long after I phoned him got his message bank and had me booked in asap. He was reasonable with negotiating an appropriate quote. The technician, Al, who came out to fit the antenna, was polite, responsive to our needs and worked efficiently. His service was professional. He said that Jason was a fair and caring boss and so thanked us for our clientele. We will use Jason and his team for future jobs.

I contacted Jason for a quote on our bedroom tv mount and he was quick to respond with a very fair price. The electrician came on time and was quick and friendly. I highly recommend Melbourne TV antennas and I will definitely use them again in the future. Amazing job thank you guys!
