Great and honest service. After been told by another company that i was not getting any service and the aerial needed replacing, I was given a quote that mate my eyes bleed, Thought I'd try other providers. Found Jason and his team. Michael came to my place and did a quick test, mmm, my aerial is fine, 99% service; turns out something had gone screwy with the cables. He fixed it quickly and for considerably less money than I was first quoted. And even if I had needed a new aerial, the quote from Jason was still going to be much less than my original quote.

I wanted my 65” OLED installed with a pretty large full motion mount and Jason and his team were awesome. They had great communication and a completely reasonable quote. They did an amazing job. Navigated some unexpected troubles with the house’s construction but cruised through them and the result is fantastic! Couldn’t be happier with the install.

Called on the Monday, came out for a look on the Tuesday (melbourne cup day), installed a new antenna on the Wednesday. Both days raining. Great service. Works great.

From the time I connected in with Jason of Melbourne TV Antennas to the actual site visit by Al the technician, I was blown away with the service. Booking the visit with Jason through to the site assessment. Al was the most professional and accommodating trade person you could want in your home.

Jason and Michael were both very professional and made the experience very easy. Lovely to deal with and Michael worked with and overcame the challenges that an old house throws up. Michael went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I would definitely use this company again.

Extremely happy with the result, look how amazing my tv looks on the wall. Easy quote and scheduling process, and Michael mounted the TV with care, took only an hour and he even cleaned up afterwards as well, which was a nice surprise.
Only negative was the attempt to upsell cables ($140 for both antenna and hdmi cables) and getting told by Michael they are more expensive elsewhere, which is not true. I can buy a high quality hdmi cable for less than $20.
Other than that, it was great service from start to finish, stress free and easy. Highly recommended Melbourne TV Antennas for your TV mounting job!

Very good business to deal with. Jason was quick to respond to all my queries. In the end, the job required more to be done than a typical installation and Al was very understanding when I decided not to go ahead. Other companies would have taken the money and run, leaving me behind unhappy and disappointed. I really appreciate the company's knowledge and honest advice, and wouldn't hesitate to return one day when I get a new TV and maybe a less complicated wall to mount it to!
