Excellent property managers. A big thanks to Cassandra Micallef who was always responsive, courteous and professional. Everything single thing was smooth and no hassle. Maintenance issues were always dealt with in a timely manner and never a problem. No bond issues, no payment issues, no communication issues. It’s a shame we had to relocate further afield otherwise we would have definitely stuck with this company.

Having rarely given a review, Kathy really deserves my praise as an attentive and respectful property manager. Over the past year, she would liaise promptly regarding any maintenance issues, keeping in mind the comfort of the tenant and the cost and quality of services for the landlord. I hope to lease again through Melbourne Property Managers in the future.

Their property managers do their job to the expected standard, they are quick to respond to maintenance requests, and communicate with tenants clearly mostly through property apps which works well.

Kathy is a brilliant Agent and if anyone receives her as their agent they are lucky. Communication is A+

My experience with Joshua Hellyer was beyond obnoxious and almost offensive.
I know its a tough time for everybody but this guy really made my day even worse. What a negative projection and nasty customer service experience.

I asked him two standard questions about a rental and he rudely deflected them and was not so invested, to the point that just said " it seemed that you have too many questions so better for you not to send an application". When I asked him if he has been to the property himself previously, he said yes and that was enough proof to me to know he was just ANNOYED, at me asking him, how long was the property listed for and which direction the balcony was facing.

Joshua I asked you 2 simple questions.if you don't have the answer, that is okay, you can say that and get back at me instead of being such a rude and disrespectful person.now if you cant be bothered answering questions or dealing with people, quit real estate.

This is quite a frustrating time for the industry and tenants/buyers. Virtual tours often don't seem to answer all the questions and you should be out there helping people with them, THAT'S YOUR JOB.

I have never dealt with this agency before, but thanks to Joshua Hellyer's poor manners and lack of class, ill definitely not be invested at all
