Great service, never had any issues which is unheard of with rental agencies. Monty Gill was very prompt and quick to respond.

I am renting through Areal property, the apartment was not clean on the day we moved in, there was trash, hair and dust everywhere. We spent nearly 1 week to clean this apartment. On top of that, there were many appliances not working or broken when we moved in. Landlord has been stored bed linens and some stuff in the apartment. Clearly, they are not able to provide an "entire property" to their tenants which is disappointing. I have emailed the agent Craig and Thao regarding all the issues. Unfortunately, they are not good at responding their emails. This is a very bad experience, no one deserves to be treated like this.

I am a tenant at this agent, I really had a bad experience with this company. I rented through an agent and after a few months the agent handed over my contract through this agent, when I moved into the state of the house not being clean, I emphasized not clean everywhere there were even feces. The stick in the toilet hasn't been cleaned yet, but with no experience and need for accommodation I accepted the rental and didn't ask to clean everything when I moved in, I took a few pictures to save, but really bad experience when i moved out, they asked me to clean and have to provide proof of having professional company working while the house when i moved in they did nothing, i pay 200 $ for carpet cleaning and $450 for house cleaning. But they sent me a list of pictures I had to fix while it was there before I moved in, when I provided proof, they removed it, and kept asking me I had to do it, they asked me to do it again and gave me a short time that they were sure that I couldn't do it, and they asked me to hire someone to do it and I would be responsible for the cost, I told them I would take responsibility for things I did but couldn't make me pay for things I didn't know about. Tenants here consider and save pictures everything even small scratches in the house, because if you can't prove it you will have to pay for things you didn't do.

I've had my rental property with Areal for 15 years but now need to sell it. Monty Gill, my rental agent, has been such a help to me. He has been patient with all my questions throughout the process of my tenant's exit and prioritised the final inspection so I can get it on the market ASAP. He even returned my calls a few times when he was sick at home (I never expect that of anyone). Thank you Monty for your support. I have been with Areal Property (previously Melbourne Property Management) as a tenant since 2014 and they have been a great agency to rent through. I'm happy to report that they are very responsive and as a tenant I was easily able to raise repair reports. Their excellent systems allowed me to track approvals (from landlord) through to getting the repair actioned and finalised. Property Management companies often don't value tenants however I never felt that with Areal.

For the past few year my Property Manager has been Kathy and she has been amazing. She's thorough in her inspections (a landlord would be lucky to have her manage their property) and yet approachable at the same time. She was always responsive.

Overall happy to recommend Areal Property.
