What a lovely experience it is to visit this wonderful location and bliss out for an hour! I have been getting regular massages from the lovely women who work here throughout my pregnancy. It is such a lovely space, that really calms and relaxes the moment that you walk in the door.

Most recently I have been seeing Emma, who has been extremely magnificent in fixing my ailments and making me float out of the room. She has been fantastic in helping me prepare for birth, in so many ways! She facilitated a session with my husband and I, demonstrating massage techniques that we can use throughout labor and positions that will help us on the big day! We feel so much more prepared thanks to her.

Lately (other than the fantastic massage that I've been getting from Emma) she has been helping me with my pelvic issues, showing me ways to stretch and move to help get the baby's head to engage.

I am so glad that I found this wonderful place. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through my pregnancy without these amazing massages. After trying so many places that just seemed to offer 'relaxation' pregnancy massages, I was so glad to find somewhere that take a holistic approach to pregnancy and be able to soothe all the aches and pains with real deep muscle massage as well as relaxation.

I cannot recommend enough!

I cannot recommend Mary highly enough. I saw her regularly through out my twin pregnancy and I credit her with keeping me comfortable and pain free right up to the birth.
Her guided relaxation at the start of the treatment really helps to unwind and get the most out of the experience.
I've also seen Mary for post natal treatment which was heaven on my tired body and she advised some stretches to do at home to help relieve discomfort from feeding and carrying two babies.
The best thing you can do for yourself when pregnant and post birth!

I had a massage with Mary prior to giving birth to my first baby and it was absolutely heaven! Mary knew exactly where I needed work and how to help me feel relaxed and release any unwanted tension. Will definitely be going back for my next pregnancy!

This was the absolute best thing I could have done for my tired and aching body during pregnancy. Mary is amazing and intuitive and I felt like my aches and pains (literal and figurative) melted away during the session. I went back a week after birth and have never felt so cared-for. I couldn’t recommend it more for expectant mothers, both before and after childbirth.

I have to thank my husband for finding Mary as he is the person who lead me to her.
When I first met Mary I felt immediately connected to her, as if I knew her already - she was warm, made me feel comfortable and guided me into a deep relaxed state while she massaged me.
She also gave me many tips regarding stretching and position to assume to allow baby to find the right position. I look forward to see Mary again and will recommend her to any pregnant women out there!

I saw Mary for an induction massage just after my due date had passed. I had barely slept in days and was growing increasingly anxious about a looming induction (my first bub was induced at 42 weeks and I was still a bit rattled by the experience). Mary not only gave me the BEST massage I’ve ever had, she also picked up on my anxiety immediately and focussed the session on getting my body and (more importantly) head ready for medical induction, should that become necessary. As it happened, my daughter arrived on her own accord and without intervention at 41 weeks. I can’t say that Mary’s treatment had anything to do with WHEN my daughter arrived, but I’m certain it put me in the best possible head space for my labour. I so grateful and can’t recommend her enough!

I truely believe that my uncomplicated, speedy and natural labour was thanks to my sessions with Mary leading up to the big day. Her amazing massages and invaluable advice had me feeling incredibly relaxed and ready for one of the biggest experiences of my life. Don’t waste your money on other pregnancy massages, go straight to Mary.

During pregnancy your body goes through so many changes that cause aches and pains. I was seeking a skilled pregnancy massage therapist and came across Mary De Pellegrin's massage studio. I got a pregnancy massage during my first trimester and loved it. It's a bit more pricey than the usual walk-in massage studios but given the antenatal knowledge the staff provides, it's totally worth it! My massage therapist Nicole Henry was lovely, very skilled and I felt utterly cared for and perfectly relaxed during and after my massage. Such a treat! Now that I'm approaching my 3rd trimester I'll make sure to go back again.

Very professional and relaxing. My wife enjoyed it. She said it's the best thing of her pregnancy.

Mary's massages are the best and I've tried many to help relieve back pain in pregnancy. Wish I had found her earlier! Her treatments are as good for the soul as they are for the body.

*** Mary is AMAZING *** I walked into her clinic frazzled, anxious.all the things that come with pregnancy and walked out a different person. She has such an amazing aura about her and you feel instantly calm and relaxed in her presence. The massage was just what I needed. Would highly recommend Mary to any pregnant woman and would go far as saying it’s a must especially in the later stages of pregnancy. You won’t regret it. ️

Mary is exceptional at her craft. My massage experience with her was unlike any other, including other pregnancy massages I have had. It was as therapeutic as it was relaxing. I feel she helped me prepare physically and mentally for labour, especially with her guided meditation at the beginning of the massage which was beautiful. Highly recommended. I wish I had of found Mary earlier in my pregnancy!

Mary's pregnancy massage is amazing, so peaceful and relaxing. Treat yourself while pregnant and book the 90min full body massage. It's one of the best things I did for myself while pregnant! Cannot recommend more highly. Go on, spoil yourself!

During my third trimester, I started to have back pain so I went for a pregnancy massage with Mary and after the first treatment, I decided to book one every week until baby is coming as Mary’s treatments are so relaxing and I feel really better. I can't wait for my next appointment!

I have loved every minute of every appointment with Mary, including the time we spend before and after a treatment. I have used massage for relaxation and muscular therapy throughout my life and have experienced many, many therapists. As my pregnancy progressed I was nervous about seeing a general therapist and wanted to work with a pregnancy specialist. Boy did I luck in finding Mary. Not only does Mary know her physical stuff, she is incredibly caring and intuitive, always giving you that bit extra when she knows you need it, you never have to ask. I felt immediately at ease and supported when we first met and now just getting onto the massage bed puts me into a deeply relaxed state. Treatments result in me going into some kind of trance, I switch off totally and feel emotionally and physically rejuvenated when I come out the other side.

If you're reading this review to help you make a decision on who to book with then stop reading and make an appointment with Mary, immediately. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is a magician!

Awesome pregnancy massage treat for me at 8.5 months - Super relaxing and Mary treated my hips that have been sore for a while now.

My pregnancy massages by Mary were the most beneficial and relaxing massages I have ever experienced. While wanting to ensure my massage provided me with relief from my muscular aches and pains, I knew there were certain precautions and considerations that needed to be kept in mind. So it was important that I trusted someone who specialised in pregnancy massage. Mary provided that, and so much more.

I found Mary had an in-depth understanding of both my physical and emotional needs during my massages. I had better nights’ sleep, my muscle aches and pains decreased, and I felt completely relaxed.

Mary provides a relaxing environment where she gives you permission to completely switch off. She goes that extra mile for the women she treats, and makes her own massage oil that nourishes and moisturises the body which, for me, was a beautiful touch.

I highly recommend Mary to all of my pregnant friends.

I went to see Mary for a Birth preparation massage. It was perfectly timed, as I was quite overdue, and the best thing that I did for myself in my entire pregnancy. Mary has a really special gift! I gave birth to my baby early Friday morning, after seeing Mary Wednesday afternoon. By the time I went to hospital I was almost ready to go, and I didn't even know-it had been such a calm and gentle process. I really credit the time Mary had spent calming and relaxing me as well as the use of the acupressure points to getting my labour going, and setting me up for a relaxed frame of mind throughout my early labour. Thank you Mary for the important part that you played for me leading up to the birth of my baby.
