Melbourne Pregnancy Massage - Mary De Pellegrin reviews
42Was referred to Mary by my physio to assist with my pelvic girdle pain, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The massage has definitely helped and Mary was also excellent at getting all the relaxing oxytocin hormones flowing too. Enjoyed the guided meditation also. Highly recommend.
Most amazing relaxing massage I have ever had! Would highly recommended Mary if you want to go into birth feeling relaxed:) she was able to massage my tension points that have been bothering me this pregnancy! Thank you
Would definitely recommend Mary for pregnancy massage, and plan to return for a postpartum massage. If you're looking for someone who truly specialises in pregnancy massage, Mary is the one!
I saw Mary every fortnight in the third trimester to help prepare my body for birth. She is an experienced and skillful therapist and the result has been extraordinary. I felt relaxed and ready to give birth and I had my baby in the most beautiful and natural way with no interventions. Thanks Mary!
I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Mary. In my final week before due date I felt so relaxed and my body prepared for what lay ahead. I would recommend a treatment like this to all pregnant women. Thank you again Mary!
Received a gift voucher for a pre or postpartum massage. Went for a postpartum massage with Mariko and she helped relieve pain from my lower back. She was professional and thorough. Will definitely be coming back for a prenatal massage for next pregnancy.
Went for a massage last week for the first time in my pregnancy. Because of COVID I have been really careful. My friend recommend Mary to me so I decided to give it a go. Mary was very nice and gentle, super understanding of my needs. She was very skilful (obviously she has so many good reviews) and she also used clean sheets, turned on the heaters, and gave me an extra cover to keep me warm. Her massage skills and concerns for risk of cold/flu/COVID made me much more relaxed. I am hoping to keep going back even after labour.
I have been seeing Mary for a weekly massage during the late stages of pregnancy and her strong yet wonderfully relaxing massage has worked wonders to help prepare my body mentally and physically for my baby's birth. After trying pregnancy massages from multiple people, I would only recommend Mary. I look forward to continuing to see Mary for post-natal massages after a safe and healthy delivery.
I saw Emma at the Heidelberg branch for a massage when I was 3 days overdue with second bub. She has magical hands and I had one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. I also went into labour that night so THANKYOU Emma!:)
I booked a 60 min massage for my wife as per Marry’s website and she confirmed it, but 30 min before we received a message from her that she cannot do all massage in 60 min and we must book 90 min session! We canceled our session because we didn’t want to start the massage with negative energy! But why she didn’t inform us a week ago when we booked the session for 60 min and she also sent confirmation SMS!
I highly recommend Mary fot pregnancy massage and birth preparation! Labour was made much more comfortable thanks to the positions and massage techniques she taught my partner, and having these things to concentrate on doing stopped us both from freaking out! If we have another child will definitely be seeing her again!:)
I saw Mary weekly toward the end of my pregnancy and it was the highlight of each week. I felt comfortable and strong right up until the end and I’m sure those expert massages by Mary contributed. I now tell all my pregnant friends to get to Mary ASAP. She is magic.
I was lucky enough to be spoilt by a friend with a surprise massage with Mary at the end of my pregnancy and it was the most relaxing and grounding massage I have ever had.
I find it quite difficult to switch off and relax but Mary’s massage along with her guided relaxation allowed me to do just that. I was so relaxed during the session and left the room feeling as though I was floating and still felt that way at the end of the day.
Would definitely recommend to anyone after a relaxing and grounding massage experience.
I'm 18 weeks pregnant and was experiencing bad headaches, along with sore neck and shoulders. I booked in with Mary hoping she could help. Mary was warm and friendly and chatted to me about my pregnancy and lifestyle. I had an hour massage and honestly it was the best thing I've done! That day I still felt tight but the next day I woke up like a new person! I haven't had any headaches since and my neck and shoulder pain has disappeared. Honestly it was the best massage I've ever had. I'll definitely be seeing Mary throughout my pregnancy. Highly recommend.
Amazing massage and just what I needed. I am 29 weeks pregnant and saw Emma for my first pregnancy massage and have to say it did relieve a lot of the aches I had. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and Emma in particular is fantastic)
Mary is an angel.
I sent a text message after hours during the Christmas holiday period which was promptly followed up by a phone call the next morning. Mary kindly offered an appointment on her day off knowing how desperate and much needed the massage was. Highly recommend Mary to all pre & postnatal woman and I will definitely be booking a treatment to spoil friends in the future. Thank you Mary!
I was visiting Melbourne from NZ and really needed a bit of relaxation following a hectic end of working year. I found Mary through Google and all her amazing positive reviews. They were all right.
From my first communication with Mary she was warm and professional. The massage was one the best I have ever had and I have had my fair share of massages! Mary’s vibe is amazing. It’s not often I can completely quiet my mind and bliss out - but that’s exactly what happened. Nearly enough to make me want to move to Melbourne.thank you Mary!
Absolutely wonderful treatment from Mary, I can't recommend highly enough.
Helped me to manage pelvic pain through pregnancy which allowed me to give birth with no interventions.
Thank you!

I had the most amazing massage of my life with Emma last Saturday. She listened carefully to my needs and knew exactly how to massage my very (38+4) pregnant body. I felt in control, practiced my breathing and visualisations and left the room feeling grounded and very relaxed. I asked her to do induction pressure points, as my baby was big and ready to be born! Sure enough, the next morning at 3am I started having contractions and little Jude was born at 8.52am at the Royal Women's Hospital. I kept thinking back to my breathing throughout the massage to get through my contractions. Thank you so much Emma for this experience - I cannot recommend you highly enough.
