53A very good and relaxing experience staying here. It was the infinity rooftop pool that made me book and it didn't disappoint! Great sunloungers and good views. Although a little out the way, the tram connects you to the city centre in 15-20 minutes so not bad at all. The Marriott here had consistently friendly and courteous staff and the rooms and furnishings are all brand new so overall an excellent stay and I would definitely come back.
My stay at Melbourne Marriott Hotel Docklands was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and luxurious retreat. The amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the stunning views from my room and the convenient location near attractions. Overall, it was a memorable experience.
Recommend staying in a M club room.breakfast was great.the veiw from the pool would have been great if it wasn't for all the other apartments and hotels.

Stayed at this hotel earlier this year for a music concert as it’s in a great location and easy 15 minute walk to Marvel Stadium. We booked a basic room with breakfast, parking and late check out package. Check in and out were seamless.
The room was modern and clean with all the essentials. Breakfast had a great variety of foods to chose from and was quite tasty. Parking was a bit difficult to determine at first as it’s not located within the hotel, but rather down the road and up some levels of parking. This made it particularly difficult to get back to the hotel with luggage as no lifts were working and it was a considerable amount of stairs we had to get down to get there. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool facilities but it looked fantastic.
Attended Bakery Hill Whisky Degustation. The service provided by the waiting staff was excellent.
Regret to extend and even stay here
The staff in the kitchen and Mclub are super nice. No question about them. I love them
My day was blown up by the front desk on duty manager lady whoever her name is
Its 11: 30 and she already called my room and asked if I’m already on the way down for checkout. A day before, I have stopped by the reception and tell them that I will check out around 4 (as platinum this is one of the benefit)
And during check out I asked her if she can combine my 2 reservation into 1 printed receipt as I extend my stay with different reservation number
When I asked yesterday, the front office lady said I can do this during check out today. But when I asked the lady said “I’m the front office on duty manager and I tell you its not possible. Who said to you it is? ” Arrogantly showing her power.
Then I said just print those two bill and next time improve as this is u’re fault not ur team. They should have good structured system like other Marriott hotel. I hope she never get employed by the hotel I will visit in future and hopefully not any of other marriot group hotel
I hope the GM read this and find whoever her name “the front office on duty manager for 9 may” and teach her about manner

Stayed during the weekend and the hotel was great. Restaurant and bar was good with a comfortable atmosphere. Only downside was that I wish pool rules were more enforced. No kids after 7pm I believe it was and no drinks in the pool.
I had a great time here the location is amazing, the view from our room was ok.
Customer service was good, the room was a bit small, it was hard to organise around the small space, the light switches are a bit hard to turn on and off. The room wasn't cleaned well.
Breakfast in the morning was amazing, but some of the warm dishes were a bit on the cold side.
I have to say they have the best pool I have ever seen with such an amazing view.
Amazing views from the pool. Great bar service by the poolside. You can get towels just outside the pool area and use the qr code to order drinks
It was a bad experience staying for a night at the price of AUD 580 and credit card surcharge. The beds were not hygiene which caused itchy skin after sleeping for a whole night. Plus, the design of bathroom is bad since the drainage system was not working properly making the slippery floor after shower. Last but not least, the AUD 50 breakfast for 2 adults were far away from benchmark of a 4-star hotel. The food choices are limited and people needs to pay extra for the freshly grounded coffee in the cafe inside the hotel. It was the worst hotel during my whole trip in the Victoria state. This is not recommended at all for all of the travel purposes.
We have never been so treated tgis badly by any hotel by a so called manager who was rude, condensending, judgemental and accusive.for some reason this guy took offense to us staying there even warning us we cant sneak guests to the pool.like yeh.thats something so great.just made the stay unbearable and even double charged us in the end with no apologies.plus the staff here dont look happy or friendly and take it out on the guests.the manager there shouldnt be working in a customer facing role let alone a higher end hotel with that kind of attitude. Pathetic
M club makes this Marriott over the top, the concierge staff and the chef, Greg, are truly wonderful.
Great comfortable stay, great facilities and staff were lovely and very accomodating! The heated rooftop pool and spa was nice and even has a sauna. Definitely recommend for your stay

Definitely recommend this place, the staff Ruby and Ananya are so friendly and helpful, I was booked the hotel through the third party so this booking was not showing on my app, they explained to me and very helpful. I like all the staff here!
We had an excellent stay, staff were wonderful especially Harrison who always approached us with a smile and was happy to help. The hotel was very clean, so was the gym and pool area. The spa was really nice and the Wagyu cheeseburger is a must try!
Visited this hotel on a business trip. Was charged for the room + bond at check in which is normal. I was then asked to pay for the room again when I checked out. I have never experienced this ridiculous policy anywhere else!
We had a lovely time. The room, amenities/facilities and customer service were all topnotch. One of the staff members Karmela was especially outstanding, she was so kind, efficient and helpful.
