Melbourne High School

Worst school ever. Teaches no manners or public decency. Students need to be banned from public transport or have school buses instead because it’s getting ridiculous. They shove their way onto trains and buses arrive it’s no respect for anyones personal space. They swipe their bags across peoples faces and don’t even mutter an apology. A teacher or staff member needs to be put in place at south Yarra station to stop these students bottlenecking walkways and noise polluting. An assembly on body odour would go a long way too. Absolute ferals.

Melbourne High school helped shape the person I am today. Yeah, I made it "40 years on". Do you guys still sing that in mass singing? If you can survive the School song, the rest will take you as far as you are willing to go. Yes, I have a name change. Yes, I live in Sydney now. Yes, I'm 57. And yes, sometimes in my dreams, I'm floating up and down the corridors, all that stress and study, and un, yeah, cadets, and I wasn't really good at cadets. I can't deny what I leaned. I thank the school and those still alive from the 1980s. The teachers: over worked and under paid. They do it, they believe in the place. Yeah, there is usually one or 2 that let the team down, doesn't every school. I've been a teacher since then. I know how amazing the teachers were.

Very good school, i totally made into the school. Got a 99 on the selective test and now im the highest in the grade. The teachers are great. I love this guy called Tommydoo. Also this guy called Qui. Love Qui hes definitely not like rlly shy. I also love this guy called Benjamin Tan, real nice guy and i work out with him sometimes.

Melbourne High. They say 'more than just marks', they say they strive to make better men. However, I beg to differ, my experiences with Melbourne High have only been devastating, I graduated only last year and I have never been so happy. Just yesterday I was on the train and a group of MHS and Macrob students were dancing to some childish music, it was a disturbing and absolute disgrace, I was I could have pushed them out of the train! Also that uniform just makes me want to vomit, because it is literally the colour of my vomit. Not to mention, the so called 'Castle on the Hill' should be bombed. Though by far, the biggest disgraced are the students, I know an MHS 'SRC' member who's whole personality is define by his huge black snout and Melbourne, he is literally nothing more than the school he goes to (and his nose). Overall, Melbourne High School, is not a grand castle on the hill, it is a massive dump on the hill. Send your kids here if you want them to be dumps too!

Excellent school with a strong extracurricular programme. But, it would be a five-star rating if there were walkways linking the top of the T building, the arts centre, and the CHES building so we wouldn't have to trek up and down.

This is the real Melbourne highschool. We are the most privileged school in Melbourne our school is full of nerds, specifically name a student called 'Alan' which is the biggest nerd of all. I hope you all enjoy Melbourne high.we are the best.also melbourne high is only for mcdoanlds school students, all other schools are irrelevant!

Mr Stiglec from Biology is a teacher with no regard for students' mental health. On every occasion he's spoken to me, he's always behaved in a manner which is insulting, egotistical, condescending, mocking, and / or short - tempered. Other teachers might be hard on you because they want you to succeed, and are pushing you to do well. On the other hand, Mr Stiglec always came across simply as a bitter person who gets satisfaction from coming to work each day and using his power to belittle students. Many other students agreed with me. He needs to completely rethink the way that he approaches his job, or he shouldn't be teaching.

This school is very good i recommend joining a lot of clubs and extracurricular activities as the school offers many of these.the school has many exxtracurricular activities and sporting and educational opportunities so its a good idea to participate in many of these as possibleits basically the best school in victoria and possibly even australia.the atmosphere is great and most of the teachers are great and helpful.most.anyways im just going to say that this school is very good if you manage your time and that all the people who leave bad reviews are just people who didnt get in lmao

Ah. The Castle on The HIll. Where to begin? A magical place.words cannot describe my adoration for the beauty of an education facility this is, I simply cannot. I am not equipped with the necessary vocabulary - quite frankly, I'm not entirely sure any language to have ever existed ever contains words powerful enough to describe the pure, raw, unadulterated love I have for this school. It is truly wondrous, truly majestic and, to be honest, quite scary how beautiful this school is. To call it a school is an insult; we should call it heaven. Heaven. Beautiful. I pity those unlucky enough to never have the honour of gazing upon its beauty daily. Ah, how lucky I am.

This school is probably one of the best schools in the world. It's what teachers and students dream of aspiring. People truly do honour the work as do the teachers. Fortunately there are no eshays that attend the school. Many times, Mr Lindsay (Billionaire) Fox lands on the school oval for literally no reason, just because he can. The lack of airconditioning in most rooms builds resilience and persistence in students which prepares them for the real world. The most expensive/poorly budgeted part of the school shows us how terrible things can get with poor planning, useful for accounting, business and management students. I truly recommend this school - the dream of private school students

Hogwarts in Melbourne. Or at least that’s as close as you can get to it, in appearance at least.

I haven't been here but I want to ace the entrance exam to gain a spot in this prestigious school. I think it would suit my values which are: ethics, hard work and resilience.
