Melbourne BMW Bodyshop

I had my car repaired here recently and had an amazing experience. Despite having an extensive amount of damage to the vehicle, the experience was stress free. Langdon, who was managing my vehicle, was super courteous, always available for a conversation, making sure I was up to date with the latest news, and proactively contacting me as required. He also patiently explained the process to me multiple times.

I have been to the bodyshop more than once, and for my cars, I will only take them there. Their workmanship is second to none and they always use original parts.

Highly recommend this if you are looking for quality work on your car.

Fantastic job and great help from Langdon. He saved me extra-trip to BMW bodyshop by organising insurance assessment and repairs the same week. My car was ready earlier than i have expected. I am so happy with the service.

Great job on repairs. Would recommend to anyone. Langdon was fantastic in facilitating the repairs from the quoting to liaising with the insurance company on our behalf, to delivery at completion.

It took a while to receive the quote after having had my vehicle assessed but good workmanship once the car was booked in and work was finished ahead of schedule which was pleasing. 4th time I have had a vehicle repaired there and the work has always been of a high standard. Post-repair car wash seemed a bit rushed with a few spots missed but overall, the area being repaired came up great.

Beware that if your repair work is being covered by RACV and you are given a free hire car as part of their "not at fault" policy, they will not let you take one of BMW Bodyshop's vehicles and instead will send you via cab to the local Avis car hire place to pick up your loan car from there (in my case, a Hyundai to replace the X5 I was having repaired). Perhaps worth trying to negotiate with RACV when you make the claim to try and get one of BMW Bodyshop's vehicles (or at least a like-for-like car from Avis).
