These guys are the best. If you have a BMW, the best place to leave it is with BMW. They tried really hard to keep costs down for me, but at the same time wouldn't let me leave without a perfect fix. I have nothing to say but good things. Darin is a good operator.

They did an amazing job on our 2008 335i with Arktis metallic paint which I imagine would have been painstaking to match.

No BS with the quoting and advise. Very thorough on inspection and confident on what to do to fix it. Quote was broken down to the tee.

The car came out looking absolutely perfect. Like they waved a magic wand and the damage was reversed.

I can highly recommend this panel shop.

If you love your BMW, please do not take your pride and joy here. I have had 2 of my BMW’s repaired here for minor work and both experiences were terrible. The workmanship was pathetic, from misaligned panel gaps to rough paint spots. I do not know what procedures they have in place, but I can definitely say that their staff need to be trained. I do not understand how repairs even pass with ‘BMW Standards’.

Following from their workmanship, their customer service was also rude and arrogant. The body shops repair consultants act like they know everything, but once the job is done and they return the car back to me in the condition it was, it just makes them look like they have no clue on what even goes on with the actual repairs.

My work and day-to-day actives have been affected due to the number of times I’ve had to drive my car into my garage to have a look at the panel gaps and paint condition, just to find another issue. Then having to drive the car back to Port Melb and dealing with them AGAIN and AGAIN. Sick of it and will never be coming back.

I would not recommend this body shop. Worst part is dealing with Darren. They don't check their repairs when handing over the car to client. Lots of panel gaps, paint job is the worst, BMW logo slanted AND they didn't change the damaged plate number cover. I reported them to my insurance company and had to bring the car back so many times. THE WORST BODY SHOP, WHAT A SHAME! Worst experience, not even worth 1 star. Did not expect it from a "premium bodyshop". Had a better experience dealing with the car hire (CMT).

I was stressed about my brand new BMW returning back to its original state until I found this repair place.staff are professional, friendly and does quality work. They have replace the door and didn't attempt to beat the panel.painted with original colour and used brand new clips to put back together. The car came back to the state i picked it up from the dealership. Thank you guys Kelly and Darren. A1 Service.

I used to work here, so I know the characteristics of BMW Bodyshop. All the staff are expertly trained and are up to date with the BMW product. A great facility for BMW repairs and always the finished product is proudly presented to the client/owner in immaculate condition

Exceptional result. They did a brilliant job. The whole car looks like it is new again. Would highly recommend. Clearly care about the workmanship, and attention to detail.

Langdon was brilliant to deal with. He kept me updated constantly and catered for tight fine frames. Anna was also wonderful, and always cheerful and willing to assist. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I've had.

Nice staff but the work took two weeks to complete when it was meant to be completed in a week. Paid extra to have a brake light fault repaired and the fault returned 1 hour after pick up. I followed this up and didn't receive a level of follow up assistance I would have expected from a dealership. Not great value in my experience.

Melbourne BMW Body shop did a fantastic job with my vehicle. Their professionalism, trust and competence is what you can truly rely on. From front reception through to service you get the best treatment. Great crew and team.

I have received service from Langdon on numerous occasions and have always received excellent service from him. He is professional, courteous and efficient - initially advising it would take 5 days to complete my repair job, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call advising the car was ready after 3 days. It looked brand new. Thankyou for a fantastic, stress free experience! Use these guys they won’t let you down.

No star if I can. If you love your car do not send it to this place. Was expecting a fantastic paint job from a premium repair shop but ended up with more problems.

I had such a pleasurable, calm and stress free experience when I took my car to Melbourne BMW Bodyshop.

Firstly, I was greeted by Receptionist Anna with a friendly and hospitable reception followed by a prompt and hassle free claim assessment by Assessor Langdon and then CMT loan car hirer Nick had me on my way home in a splendid new loan car. The whole process from GO to WHOA was over in no time.

Within the same week I picked up my car and I got to say I was tremendously impressed with the quality of repair. Superb, professional spray painting colour matched perfectly by Spray Painter Lisa and repaired flawlessly by the Panel Beating crew.

Finally, I met with Bob the gentleman running the show to pass on my gratitude for the professional team he has carrying out his streamlined operations, leaving me with positive feelings and the joy of writing this review.

Extremely satisfied customer, the opulent service and quality workman ship to the repair of car is "Impeccable" Langdon Hill assigned to my repair not only efficiently serviced the area of damage but also helped with other repairs and service my car required.
