Melbourne BMW - Southbank

Sent my BMW.for air bag recall. Failed to return calls, no proactive updates, long holds to talk to someone. Service experience was a shocker. Won't be coming back. They are the worst BMW in Melbourne. They even don’t deserve one star. They don’t the value of their customers.

Nat from Melbourne BMW offered me an absolutely genuine and fantastic customer service experience while I was shopping for an X3.
I didn’t end up buying from Melbourne BMW because they didn’t have a car with the spec I was after, but Nat continued to be very helpful and was quick to respond to any queries I had, even though I was looking at other BMW dealerships.
Amazing customer service. I wish I had bought my car from Melbourne BMW so I don’t have to endure the appalling service I am receiving from the dealership I purchased from.

Bought our BMW X1 from this dealership and was so happy with the service from Jin. He did his very best to help us out in every way. I have never found it so easy to purchase a vehicle. Natalie is an amazing sales associate. She was in contact with me even on her days off.
I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews (as good as the service is) but on this by occasion it felt wrong not to.

Had an amazing experience since I placed an order for a new BMW in July, Christian made sure everything was smooth and all the other staff made us feel welcome throughout the whole process. Even though there was a delay in the order everything was communicated to us and they made sure I received the car! Couldn’t have been happier!

Bought new BMW X5 2021 from Aarnav.he is very easy going, and got everything well organised for us. Will buy again from him next time.

These guys are the best! Had a minor repair to be done after we purchased the vehicle and due to the lockdowns couldn't get around to do it. Two years after the purchase they still helped me out at no cost. Tim is such a great guy to deal with. Very patient and very professional.

Normally, you brace yourself going into a car dealer and mentally prepare for the "pushy salesmen. ” Here at BMW, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful, they listen and they're accommodating. That was my experience with CARLO. You can tell he truly loves his job, is passionate and caters for your family's personal needs. He was extremely welcoming and stayed back well after finishing to help us pick our perfect drive. Absolute best in the business highly recommended everyone to speak to him for an amazing experience!

She easily explained all options available and was able to negotiate a great price for us within our budget.

There is no hard sell from Natalie, just excellent service.

Ben at Melbourne BMW took great care in finding me the car I wanted and kept me in the loop of every process. He and his manager John looked after very well with the price and the little extras for the kids. When it comes time for an upgrade, I will be back to see this team.

John Bolis in the Sales Team was outstanding. He found the perfect car and was always professional and patient. Highly recommended dealership.

It’s all true - buying a BMW in an experience unto its own! From the first enquiry call, to the beautiful, huge red ribbon placed on the car on collection day - the whole process was seamless!
