Our recent experience at BMW Kingsway was really amazing. We went in to purchase a pre loved car and Michael Coia from sales team was an absolute gentleman helping us out. Really amazing negotiation skills a very positive attitude with a very gentle tone. He was very respectable throughout and made sure that the outcome is in our favour the best possible way.
From start to end we did not have to worry about anything and today we came back home with the car of our dream and a beautiful take home gift. Not only we'll remember this experience for a long time but would love to go back to BMW and see Michael for our next purchase.

I purchased my BMW from this dealership in 2018 and initially experienced fantastic service. Nate and the sales team was helpful and attentive. However, the service quality has declined over the past couple years.

Most recently, I brought my car in to address a map update issue caused by a recall repair done here previously. The service executive was quick to blame me and quoted over $1000 for the fix. I went on to look at iX3 and the new sales person didn't bother talking to me.

I then took my car to Brighton BMW and they resolved the issue for less than $200. It was extremely disappointing to be on the receiving end of blame rather than support from the original dealership. The huge cost discrepancy also left a sour taste.

While I appreciated the exceptional service early on, the declining quality and unreasonable charges mean I cannot recommend this location based on my recent experiences. I hope the business can improve to match their initially high standards.

I have all the good things to mention about my recent experience with Melbourne BMW.

Peter Fedorov really looked after us, he was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and above all he was the opposite of the stereotypical image of a 'used-car salesman' that many of us hold when entering a car dealership. The personal touch and the way he looked after us was one of the influencing factors in our decision to buy the BMW from Melbourne BMW.

Prior to stepping into Melbourne BMW, I had been to couple of other BMW dealerships and also other Car (brand) dealerships but the overall experience that we got here, from order to delivery, was a notch above all and simply outstanding.

Thank you Peter and Melbourne BMW, I look forward to receiving continued high level of professional service from you.

Purchased from Alice at Melbourne BMW

I spoke to Alice when I booked a test drive, and from that moment on Alice's service was amazing. I cannot thank Alice, Sarah, and Sam enough for making the whole experience wonderfully smooth, and in general just amazing.

They were all highly accommodating on the day of purchase, all the way through to pick up. My questions were answered over email promptly, and everything was perfect for the pick up day.

Thanks again to Alice, Sarah, and Sam, I am so very happy with my purchase.

I highly recommend seeing Alice if you ever visit Melbourne BMW.

I have been a bmw customer for more than 2 plus years. This time when I visited bmw showroom for regular check up I got a very cold response from bmw team. This has never happened. Was told to wait in lounhe. Was waiting for 20-30 minutes but nobody bothered to check.further person sitting next to me was treated well and was looked after warmly but looks like I was invisible. Finally decided to go and find someone who then helped me get my car back. If not disrespectful it is atleast rude from my perspective. This has never happened in last 2 years at bmw. Left feeling really bad.

Can someone explain me what are these marks on my bmw tyres (please find attached the image) ? My car is always serviced at bmw

Please stay away from this place if you love your vehicle. Went to get my car serviced and came back home and realised parts from the engine are falling apart from the engine compartment as they haven’t put everything back together than dumping parts to whenever they fit into (none were bolted back). Overfilled coolant and thrown coolant everywhere of the engine. Funny when I picked up the car, the service advisor said “we throughly checked everything and road tested the vehicle”. Apparently not!
They put me and my family in risk with this extremely poor quality service and letting me to drive a vehicle that’s basically falling parts out of it thanks to their extreme poor work. They also said i need to get the break pads replaced and thank god I didn’t authorised that.
When I emailed this to their service manager, all he can do is offer me a tank of fuel and a free car wash for the inconvenience and asking me to bring back the vehicle to get it checked and fixed.
I didn’t authorised my vehicle to be serviced by someone who doesn’t even know how to put a simple thing such as a coolant reservoir back together or doesn’t know how to add correct level of coolant.
We trust these people and let them to do repairs and service to our cars. We don’t re check the work they have done thinking its done by professionals. I bought my car from this dealership and thought they will do a good job but obviously they are the worst and their extremely poor service proves that. If they can’t even put the correct amount of coolant or put things back together, i think you all can imagine the skills they have.
I can see the dealership generic comment to other comments, contact the service manager and all. I did that all and i even emailed dealership principal all the information but haven’t received an apology even. Sorry Melbourne BMW, you have lost all the trust i had for you.

I just want to say thankyou to Natalie. She is excellent and provided us great service and knowledge. She answered all of our questions. We will be going back for our next one in the future.

Also I just want to thank Melbourne BMW. The service was great. We had tried Essendon BMW previously and not a single person spoke to us even though there were lots of sales people and only one other customer.

I got my very first bmw at Melbourne bmw and was marvellously assisted by Christian, everything went smoothly from test drive to the delivery thanks to his professional attitude and his friendliness. Would recommend Christian to everyone as he will go the extra mile to meet your needs.

After driving a Holden all my life, purchasing the new 430i Gran Coupe from BMW Melbourne made the experience even more better than the car itself All the staff from Christian (sales) to the principal dealer Daniel Odman made me feel like part of the BMW family from the minute I walked in.
I couldn’t recommended a better dealership
