Dr Jason Lee was nice and kind. Patiently explained everything to me.
The one star is for the reception lady. One of the rudest and disrespectful I have ever met. The only attitude she has was ‘I know everything and you know nothing’. She treats the patient like idiot, wants to hang up the call as quick as possible.
The good part is the manager called to follow up the case, explaining further and apologized. This makes me feel better. Adjust to two stars.

Dr. Fitzgerald, more like Dr. Fixgerald, because he fixes everything.if i could give 6 stars i would, but i cant.

If you want a factory type of medical centre, where you are on a conveyor belt, limited to fast appointments, or more money is charged, it's not your family doctor experience, they are interested in money making, you are a number, I found the staff to be rude and unprofessional, the Dr under a time limit, so seemed stressed looking at watch, no real patient care, my poor mother was bereft after the experience.

I visited this clinic on my sons recommendation after having a bad experience with another clinic. What a relief! Best doctor ever. He took his time, asked lots of questions, gave me plenty of information, advice, recommendations re treatment and future prevention. I felt he was interested and I was far more positive about my situation after this visit.

Took my kid there, worst service offered by Lisa. This is the way you talked to a kid, excuse me?

If you are like me and want a Doctor who shows that cares about you and how you feel, someone who is not afraid of actually touching you to check for lumps or issues, someone who is not rushed to get the next patient, someone who actually gives you advice and logic reasons and not just "you are sick, is bad luck, just wait to get better" then Dr. Lisa Mu is not for you. My experience only.

The Doctor was good and the lady that took bloods had been very friendly. They were let down by the unfriendly receptionist (Irish lady).

Great clinic. The medical reception staff were all very friendly & went above and beyond. I will recommend this clinic to others.

Such wonderful staff always so caring, understanding and polite.

Had a great experience. Didn't have to wait, very nice Dr who had lots of time for me. Very friendly front office staff.
