We see Dr Samantha Asirwatham at this clinic and we cannot express enough how amazing she is as a GP. We genuinely feel like we have found our family doctor as she is not only a wonderful and attentive doctor for me but also my 7 month old son. Samantha is very relatable, personable, caring and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. We wouldn’t go anywhere else or see anyone else now.

Offers a range of services such as chiro, dental, pathology and pharmacy. Great doctors ready to listen and help. Admin are ok and do the job. Parking can sometimes be difficult even with their own car park. No longer bulk bills for consultations unfortunately.

I recently visited the medical center and had an amazing experience! Emily and Tylah, the receptionists, deserve a special shout out for their exceptional service. They were super friendly, efficient, and made sure everything went smoothly. It's rare to find such perfect service, and I truly appreciate their efforts. If you're looking for a medical center with top-notch receptionists, this is the place to go! Big props to Emily and Tylah!

Medical One Moonee Ponds is fantastic, I've been coming here for years and trust all of the doctors I've seen, when my regular Dr Allen is unavailable.

Rang to make an appointment with some heavy chest feels like a chest infection, was lied to advising no appointments available when online clearly showed they had some and then was told to go to the hospital and refused to take my booking.great help you are

Good service and professional staff. It's a busy area with limited free parking options so suggest you get in early if you have to drive around to find a parking spot

I have been coming here for several years. It’s a hit and miss with doctors but that’s like every where. Dr Adrian though, goes beyond, and above for all his patients. His very caring and lovely. Hamish the receptionist is the best. She’s always so thoughtful and caring. We need more people like this in the world.

Disgraceful…no patient care at all! First time Mother (my Daughter) advised to go to a doctor urgently due to possible infection. Our normal doctor was fully booked so was given an appointment with Dr Marian Wang. She was very dismissive and matter of fact, handed over a script for antibiotics without even doing an examination and stated it’s probably nothing. I rang the clinic as my Daughter was sitting in her car very upset and was told to call back on Friday and speak to the practice manager. Extremely disappointing

Front desk is terrible here, Ladies are much more interested in gossip than providing info to patients. They get irritated if you ask wait time twice & get angry on you and then laugh on behind you. We were forced to wait for an hour with a sick child who was puking every 10mins.
Really a bad experience

I have a busy career, so taking time away from my day requires planning, moving meetings, arranging colleagues to take my calls, etc.
So when I make an appointment, I think it is fair and reasonable to expect to be seen within a 15 minutes time frame.
At this clinic, I had to wait an hour to be seen by the doctor I had an appointment with.
This shows a serious lack of regard for people's busy lives and commitments.
I am utterly disappointed to say the least.
I am left wondering why this is happening, and I ask that strategies are put in place to provide better outcomes, and better quality services for paying customers.

I used their online system to book my Covid vaccines which was easy and quick. The receptionist that handled the vaccine appointments was friendly and helpful and if you show up just five minutes before your appointment, you barely have to wait. Nurses (I think) who administered my shots were both very patient and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns (Thank you!). The first nurse I saw was very skilled in injecting and you barely felt a thing (for those who are afraid of needles). Entire process was quick and simple.

Quite an efficient and well managed institution. One of the resident doctors Dr. Fitzgerald is the most friendly doctor i have visited.

The nurse here administering Pfizer vaccine was not able to answer basic questions which she should be able to! Very cold and seemed frustrated when she was asked a question. Not 1 staff member even available in the waiting area post vaccine to check if people were ok. Appalling.

Called to request a copy of my referral to be emailed to me.a new receptionist answered and asked for direction from another, overheard her say to make me wait and ask me to come in to get the referral.how hard is it to send an email in 2021.it takes four clicks using a finger …Hello, we are in a pandemic wouldn’t emailing be the better options as a covid control safety measure? Not having people Unnecessarily come in? Complained to the practice manager whose excuse was they get many request to resend emails - the mind boggles ….

I made an appointment for COVID19 vaccination. I arrived and saw the notice on the door to wait in my car until called. After 50 minutes of waiting no call so I rang to confirm the appointment I had made. The receptionist said to come in now as the sign on the door did not apply to COVID19 vaccinations. How is anyone to know this. Very poor way to treat loyal clients. M

Excellent facilities, friendliest staff with fantastic doctors and nurses.
Plenty of free parking.

I've had three appointments here and on all three occasions the receptionists have made some kind administration error which has led to two of those being booked on the wrong day, there have been numerous issues with incorrect name, incorrect email, incorrect medicare no! Today I had to tell one of them four times that Cameron was my surname, she just couldn't wrap her mind around it! They're average and a good chance of wasting your time
