Saw one of your male doctors, turns out I have lipoedema (diagnosed elsewhere by an actual professional) and he told me I just needed to lose weight. Your doctors rush people out and don’t care. Learn to communicate clearly and treat people as humans. I’d only come here for a prescription, anything else you’re spoken to in a rude condescending tone.

Reception Staff and Doctors are very friendly and lovely, I come here regularly and overall think the service is fantastic 5/5

The worst customer service ever, I have never seen in a clinic. One of the receptionist is very rude and she doesn’t have manners.will never go back.

My experience with Medi7 Mooroolbark has always been great, I have been going there for many years.
I have found everyone always to be extremely helpful and friendly. I always feel safe and well cared for.

Love this clinic. Dr Bee is so caring and professional and very helpful and insightful with all our medical needs and inquiries. She treats both myself and young children with the utmost respect and care and we love her for it. All other doctors and nurses that we have had to see have maintained the same level of care and respect and always treat us warmly and kindly.

Reception was super rude to me and my friend. I drove my friend to her appointment because she wasn't okay to drive herself for medical reasons. I understand covid and restrictions but the way they told me to leave was so unprofessional and rude.

The receptionist is probably the worst worker I've ever encountered. Absolute rubbish service. Extremely rude, and unprofessional.

I went to the centre and I was waiting at the front yard to go inside as I had an appointment. Reception staff came over and told me to get out of there without any respect or courtesy.she was just so bossy and imploite and these sort of behaviours are not accepted at all.even if their policy is to keep patients outside the centre or even in front of the door they should mention it politely and respectfully and also put a sign that people knows what their policy is.

Doctor put me on medication he should have never had put me on, ignored my blood test results, told me the symptoms were all in my head and when I finally moved over to a new Medical Clinic and asked for my medical records - half of my records were MISSING. By the way, the symptoms were not all in my head and I'm currently in the process of being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.

TLDR; don't go here if you have any actual medical issues. Only go here to get your sick note for work, that's it. That's all they're good for.

I have been going to Dr Bee (Fah Kok) for years. She is highly professional and consistently listens and offers options. Professional staff from front desk to practitioners ALL are professional. I have never seen the clinic dirty as per some of the negative reviews.
The reception staff are very attentive to the cleanliness and saniation of the clinic. The building itself is not new.really dont get the odd negative reviews.
There was a male doctor a while back who was abbrasive when dealing with my son but he is no longer at the clinic.
Interpreters are welcomed as are diverse community members.
If you ever have to wait past your appointment it would only be due to a medical need of a patient. I have not ever found waiting times to be any different to previous clinics i have been to. I am sure that anyone would appreciate a doctors full attention during appointment rather than a clock watcher who just wants to pump the numbers through.

The Doctors and supporting staff are amazing. While you may have to wait, I have never come across such a caring, welcoming and inclusive safe environment, something that is very much lacking in the heath industry. The ladies at reception, especially Danni and Mary, will go above and beyond to ensure that your health and needs come first. Dr Bee is efficient, kind and brings a considered lens to her practice. I not only trust with my own health care, but that of our special needs son. A huge thanks to everyone at Medi7 Mooroolbark, what an example of holistic care in the money driven economy that we find ourselves.

Been there for a few times. All the eceptionists were very friendly. The doctor (Keyvan Samimi) was very professional, polite and attentive to the symptoms and needs. He is exceptionally great and professional at what he does. I'm really surprised by the these negative reviews. I strongly recommend the clinic and the doctor.
