Had covid & flu vac today. Very busy but the nurses were efficient & friendly and only had to wait about 15 mins after appt time. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Extra stars for being a mask required surgery. Being immunocompromised it is greatly appreciated

Depends on what type of medications you need. Some doctors only care to proscribed the medications that makes them the most money…

Dr S takes time to listen to your concerns & follows thru to provide info, u feel he is interested in helping you & doesnt rush thru consultation.caring considerate Dr. Staff have caring attitude, polite and helpful to patients. I will be seeing this doctor & clinic regularly. RATING 4 and half stars as i dont ever rate 5 as nothing is perfect

This place used to be okay. Now they charge for most appointments, they keep you waiting for an hour even with Telehealth, and the reception staff are often rude/blunt/unhelpful.

I have been a patient at Medi 7 for 20+ yrs. I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect and optimum care.

I have been attending this clinic for almost two decades. The Administration Staff are always keen to assist on any matter - and the General Practitioners and Nursing Staff present the utmost in professionalism and care at all times. Most of the GPs have practiced at this clinic for many years - you can therefore have confidence in being treated with nothing short of thorough attention to one's continued health care needs. I can highly recommend Medi7 Mooroolbark to any person seeking the health support of a highly professional team.

Friendly from the moment you walk in/call. Easy to book and the doctor I've seen has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor communication and rude staff.

Booked an appointment through HotDoc, turned up, closed.rung them and phone also said they were closed. Their hours are till 9PM on Wednesdays and my appointment was for 7: 50PM. I figured maybe they had an emergency which would be fair enough and I could understand that. Decided to call them anyway to check what had happened. They told me they closed early because they had no more patients booked in, apart from me? If that's the case then close off your online appointments like duh not rocket science. Receptionist told me they tried to call me, absolute lie I received no call. Got no apology from reception staff either, just a cranky rude lady making me feel like I was the one in the wrong. This would be poor even for a bulk billing clinic let alone a clinic that charges. What a joke. Fair to say I won't be back here and will be recommending people don't go here. Coming from someone that has worked in GP for nearly 9 years this is absolutely not on.

I booked and appointment for 6.30 and they canceled it didn’t call me to reschedule it

So I called them to reschedule though it was all good to go went in and the receptionist didn’t even reschedule my appointment

Was able to get an appointment within a few hours of calling. Dr was on time and very helpful for my purpose.

I turn up and they are closed half an hour early to what it says on the website. But the staff are nice.

It was my first visit at this clinic & I was very impressed! The doctor was on time, & he was interested & attentive to my medical condition. Will definitely return again.

Was able to get an appointment due to a last minute cancellation. The new client sign up is quick and easy and the Doctor I saw was very thorough and detailed multiple areas requiring attention at the same time.

Staff are friendly. I did my flu vaccination. The nurse was so nice and firm. I had no issues with staff. I highly recommend this clinic
