Always Good. Excellent Doctor.if needed spends that extra time with you. Staff are always courteous and willing to go the extra mile.

The Staff are very helpful. The nurses are thorough when it comes to assessing health for Care Plan.
Dr. Hellman is the best! He does show genuine care for his patients and will take time to details to make sure his patients are getting the right care and advice. 5 out of 5 for his professional service. This clinic has also been recommended by my colleague.

Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses always interested, considerate, thorough and efficient. We have been using this surgery for 25 years now and no reason to change even tho we now have to travel long distance to surgery. All covid and flu injections organised and completed on time. Occasionally wait few mins later than appointment as to be expected at doctor surgery, but worth it for quality service

Exceptionally caring and compassionate doctors, nursing and administrative staff - I have extremely complex health issues and have been a loyal, contented patient of Medi7 St Kilda since 2006. Cannot recommend them highly enough! Outstanding in every regard!

Discriminatory practice against unvaccinated persons, despite rising case numbers from the 97 plus percent of vaccinated people who are still spreading it being able to be seen. Both of whom spread exactly the same virus.

Excessive times up to three weeks to schedule an appointment which is typically behind up to an hour when you arrive on time.

The practice has seen a downturn in what used to be top quality provision of health care and customer service. This is very disappointing these days.

Waiting in chair for AZ 2nd vax. Appt booked for 10.20. Got there early and waited for close to 30 minutes past appt time. There is a reason they call them waiting rooms. Would rather not wait inside during this time. Advertise AZ vax but only Fridays and only if the nurse is in which is not always, in which case its 14 day wait.if you are happy waiting then wait. Don't complain.

Worst customer service I have experienced thus far. I have had a dreadful experience with the receptionists, not disclosing actual (very well hidden) costs, they not once sent me an invoice to them slap me in the face with a gigantic bill whilst assuring me that I have nothing to worry about whilst negating me to have an appointment GP so I can go on a mental health plan. I am so disappointed and the only reason I am coming is because my beloved GP works at this clinic.

Very helpful and friendly doctors, were able to fit me in last minute when I was unwell at work and unable to get to my regular GP. Much appreciated.

My favourite clinic to go to. I moved 50 mins away but still can’t find anywhere else where I feel so comfy. Medi 7 is efficient and affordable and they’re all lovely.

Really disappointed in my treatment yesterday where Dr West made a sweeping assumption about me and had the reception staff call me 1 hr prior to my booked appt to say he wouldn't /couldn't fill my rx if that was what I had booked my appointment for (it wasn't). I had booked a slightly longer appt than standard for a consult regarding a specialist referral I required as per a different health professional I was seeing due to a prior refferal from this surgery.

Can I rate a 0? Paid a lot for a dude telling me to 'get some rest'. 'consultation' time is at most 5 minutes.

Didn't ask anything, and didn't say anything much either.

Felt like he's just trying to get as much patients as possible (I was there at 4pm)

Would rather die than seeing a gp here.

My family and I have seen Dr. Tony Helman at this clinic for many years now and although he is perhaps a little unusual, he is a brilliant and caring doctor who keeps updating his medical knowledge non stop. He is not a Dr.you want to see for a common cold in my opinion, because you WILL be waiting for up to an hour at times. The waiting did frustrate us at the start, but his service is more than worth the wait. He will take as much time as YOU need, which is priceless and I always feel better, just for seeing him. He also balances good old medical principles with common sense, life lessons, nutrition advice and some newer ideas like mindfulness.
In closing, if you want the best care, book out a few hours, take a book / iPad, have a coffee next door and enjoy the ride!

Seeing a GP at Medi7 for 5 years and was happy until their specialty changed. I have no issue with that but I shouldn't need to pay the fee for transferring my medical records. I should be able to get the file from across the counter. This is unprincipled and a racket!

I have seen Dr Young for the last two years! He is the best GP that I have ever seen. He does not only care about your physical health but also your mental and emotional health as well. I can’t count how many times I have recommended him to my friends because he is simply the best!

They do not honour timing of appointments.
I walked in early/on time for my appointment and my slot was given to another client walking in 15mins late! I then had to wait for them!

I have been a patient of this practice for years now and I love their service. Very professional front desk and they follow up on you on your scheduled tests. All of the doctors are great but my favorite is Dr. Abaffy. Before I got referred to the hospital for my 18th wk prenatal visit, I've been seeing her for my pregnancy check ups and work ups. She is very thorough, great patient care and really genuinely care about the patients.

We have been visiting Dr Abafy for two years now. She is our family GP and we just love her. We drive an hour to the city for her appointments. Only drawback of this place is waiting time which is quite understandable considering the nature of the practice.

I heard about this place through friends who also get work done, so I booked in with the doctor who does them, got some Botox, was very happy with the results, but the level of professionalism I'm used to back home just wasn't there.

I've been seeing Dr Abaffy for nearly 3 yrs now and i absolutely love her. She's an amazing GP who genuinely cares for the well being of her patients and is very thorough. I've recommended several of my family and friends to see her and they too have been happy with her service. Thanks Dr A!

An incredible practice with outstanding doctors and an amazing reception staff! I'll make sure I bring the boys from the nights watch in the future for any routine check ups.
