The staff are great with communication.
The staff very nice the nurses is very helpful. And doctor helman and doctor Wiseman is the GP of my husband for a longest year and they are also my doctor until now. They are very good and understanding doctor Highly recommend.

Amazing care. Would recommend to anyone in and out the area, I travel across the city just to go here.
Specifically checked with reception that Dr was familiar with my request. She wasn't. Still charged me $117 for visit. She did phone Dr who promised to telehealth call at specific time. Never called

My appointment was excellent. Because of my travells I have had to use lots of different clinics and returning to my favourite clinic and Doctor is always very welcome and satisfying.
Reception staff are very friendly. Very impressed by a young Dr.from Swan Hill named Dr. Bede Mahon. He has a caring attitude, as well as an easy going way with patients, he's good for a chat, and he has his patients health as his highest priority, always looking for ways to get his patient back on track.
Love dr Wiseman seen him for years, always on time and knows whts wrong with me. Great service team
Dr Helman is great, the reception staff are great, and the nurse is great! But lack of easy and free parking is and always has been a problem. Not something Medi7 can fix, and at least it’s on a really good tram route!
Dr Tony Helman is an extremely knowledgeable professional and I would thoroughly recommend a consultation with him.
Dr Wiseman is fantastic. Pretty sure he would be the most experienced GP in Australia. Knows his stuff. The support staff are very good. Highly recommend Medi7.
Great clinic. This clinic is across the road so is very convenient. The doctors and office staff are great and they have special programs for arthritis etc.
Fit me in on short notice. The doc was empathetic knowledgeable - and took the time to get to know my situation.
